1. Introduction
Crowd funding is a way for people, businesses and charities to raise money. It
works through individuals or organizations who invest in (or donate to) crowd
funding projects in return for a potential profit.
2. Description
Our Advanced Crowd funding MLM script is a combination crowd funding
business plan and unlevel MLM compensation plan. User can post their projects
and raise funds for their projects. Users those invest in any one of the projects join
in MLM scheme and start earning money by referring people. Return on
Investment for the users those invested money on various projects is based on the
investment amount and interest rate offered by that specific project.

4. What is Crowd Funding?
Crowd funding is a method of raising capital through the collective effort of
friends, family, customers, and individual investors.
1. User list a project through his account for which the fund has to be raised.
2. Once the project is approved by admin, User can let the people know about the
project using social media and other promoting ways to increase the chance of
funding.
3. Once the required fund is raised, Admin will release the money to the user.
5. User End
5.1 Register
User has to register with a referral id given by the sponsor and following details
has to be provided. If the user does not have referral id, the user will be joined
under the company default profile ID
1. Name
2. Email address
3. Password
Once the registration process is over, A confirmation email will be sent to the user
with a link to activate the account.
5.2 Login
1. Once the account is verified, user can login with either profile Id or email
address and the user has to provide password.
2. User has forgot password option. Password reset can be done through email.
5.3 Browse Fundraisers
1. Users can browse projects using the option ‘browse fundraisers’ placed on top of
the index page.
2. It will open fundraisers list page. A category wise search option is placed on left
side of the list page. Users can use that option if they want to filter fundraisers
based on a particular category.
3. Each project listing will have the following information
Project Image
Percentage of fund collected.
Project founder image and name.
Raised Amount
Goal Amount
Days Left
Option to make investment.
5.4 Fundraiser Detail Page
1. Each fundraiser detail page will have the following information and options
Fundraiser Image
Fundraiser details like project id, funding goal, fund raised etc.
In indicator to show the Percentage of goal reached.
Social media share options
Option to make investment
Option to send enquiry to the project founder.
5.5 Payment Page
1.’Invest’ Option on the project detail page will direct the user to payment page.
On that page, user has to provide the following information to make payment

Country
State
City
Address
2. After the payment form is submitted, User has to send money to the mentioned
bank account and upload payslip on ‘my investment’ section.
3. Users have to make a click on the status button ‘pending’ to upload payslip. It
will open a new page to upload payslip.
4. once the payment is approved by admin, A confirmation email with a printable
share certificate will be sent user’s registered email address.
5.6 Fundraiser Module
Registered user will post their fundraising project in three steps.
5.6.1 Company Profile
1. Registered user need to provide their Company basic details.
2. If user has a team, also provide team member details.
3. User can provide their social contact addresses.
5.6.2 Fundraising detail
1. Registered user can post their business which need funding.
2. Here registered user need to provide fundraising details like goal, Campaign
name, Fundraising goal, closing date, Minimum raise.
3. At the time posting fundraise user will post the number of days return and share
percentage will be returns in terms of ROI (Return of Investment).
5.6.3 Media & Document
1. Registered user need to provide their fundraising business document.
2. Crowd funding based image for the raise need to be provided.
5.7 Investors
1. User can check project details like Project duration, minimum investment,
Return on Investment on the project details page and invest the amount.
2. User can track the progress of the project in his account.
3. User can contact either admin or the project founder for update about the project
4. Once the project is successful, the mentioned amount will be given to the user
by the company or the user who posted the project through the crowd funding
platform.
5.8 Return on Investment
1. Profit will be given as certain percentage of share based on the investment the
investor made and profit got from project.
2. The amount will be added to the investor’s wallet by admin once the project is
successful.
5.9 Action on Unsuccessful Campaign
1. If a project does not reach the goal in the given time period. The founder of the
fundraiser can either withdraw the raised money or still wait for the project to
reach its goal.
2. If the fundraiser goal is not reached and founder of the fundraiser wants to give
up. He can make a ‘Fund Release Request’ to admin from his user account. Since
the goal is not reached, the invested money will be returned to all the investors
those made investment on the particular project.
3. If the goal is reached, the money will be transferred to the founder of the project
once ‘fund release request’ is received by the admin. Certain percentage of
money will be deducted from the raised money as admin fee for successful
campaigns.
5.10 My Fundraiser
My fundraiser section will have table representation of all the projects the user
listed and it will have the following information
1. Project Title
2. Number of Investors
3. Start Date
4. End Date
5. Approval Status
6. Percentage of raised fund.
7. Fund Release Request- It will be enabled once the project reached the goal the
‘end date’ is passed.
5.11 Referral Link
Referral Link option will be available in all sections of the user account. User can
copy and send this link to others and make them to register through that link. So
that registered members will become down line members of the user.
5.12 My Investment
My Investment section of user profile will have table representation for all the
projects for those the user made investment. The table will have the following
information.
1. Project Name.
2. Invested Amount
3. End Date
4. Investors
5. Project Approval Status
6. Percentage of raised fund.
5.13 Genealogy
This section will show information about all the down line members of the user in
a table representation. Each record has the following information
User Name
Profile ID
Sponsor ID
Joined Date
5.14 Inbox
1. Inbox section will have all the messages sent to the user from other project
founder or companies.
2.Using ‘Compose’ option placed on top of the table, user can send enquiry about
status or update for the project they invested by entering the project id.
5.15 Bonus Payout
Bonus payout section will have all record about the bonus payouts (referral payout
and level payout) received by the user.
5.16 Wallet
All transaction made on user wallet will be listed here. The table shows the
following transaction types

5.20 MLM business plan in Crowd funding
1. When a user invests in any one of the listed project, the user join in MLM
business plan.
2. The user comes under the sponsor in genealogy tree.
3. We use NX5 unilevel MLM business plan in crowd funding.
5.21 What Is Unilevel MLM ?
Unilevel MLM Plan is very simple and effective plan. Each user can refer n
numbers under his down line. Unlike a Matrix Compensation plan, there is no
width restriction to the number of frontline distributors.
For example, User A can refer unlimited number of people and the people the user
refers will be added in the front line of the user. Likewise, User B can add N
number of down liners and User E can add n number of downliners. Regular
Compensation Plans pay out in between 4 and 10 level deep. In our script is
designed a way that user can get level commission upto 5 levels.

5.22.1 Sponsor Bonus
In Unilevel compensation plan, the referral bonus is paid to encourage the sponsors
or distributors to promote business and recruit members to their down line.
For example, If an user refer someone into the system, referral bonus will be given
to the user. Likewise, for every referral the user make, the user will be provided
sponsor bonus.
5.22.2 Level Commissions.
Level Commission is the amount payable to the distributor based on the sales
achieved by the down line members. Unilevel Plan has unlimited direct down lines
in the first level and each of those members can have their own unlimited down
line members.
For example, when the user 1 refers someone, the user 1 will get first level
commission and the user A will get second level commission and the first user
(you) will get the third level commission.
5.22.3 Fast Start Bonus
Fast Start Bonus is the starter benefit for enrolling a new member. In the Unilevel
compensation plan, to qualify for this bonus, a sponsor has to achieve a target.
Fast start bonus is a predetermined amount payable per new recruit.
For example, Fast Starter Bonus can be given when they refer certain number of
people within a certain period. By default the users will be paid fast start bonus
when they make 3 referrals within one month from the date they join
When user (you) refers 3 people, user (you) gets fast start bonus. when user A
refers 3 people, user A gets fast start bonus, When user 1 refers 3 people, user 1
gets fast start bonus.
Fast start bonus is a predetermined amount payable per new recruit. The fast start
bonus or commission plays the role of the successful signing up of a new client and
to give a higher sales commission on first new sales of new recruits.

4.1 Dashboard
1. Dash board will have user information like Total users, active users, Inactive Users.
2. It has project information like Total projects, Feature Projects
3. It has table representations for recent projects and Recent Users.
4.2 Category
1. This section will list all the crowd funding project categories.
2. Existing category information can be edited or deleted
3. New category can be added.
4.3 Location
1. The location section has table representation for the list of countries.
2. Country names can be edited and new country can be added.
3. Clicking on each country name opens a new page with a table representation showing states belong to the country which is clicked.
4. Likewise, all cities in a particular status also listed in a new page.
5. All pages have option to add or edit country/state/city information.
4.4 Site Setting
1. Website settings like website title, website url website address can be managed in General settings section
2. Site text content and images can be managed in cms settings section.
3. Admin bank details can be managed in bank details section.
4. Admin Password can be changed in Change Password section
4.5 User Management
1. This sections lists all the users in table representations.
2. The table has user details like user name, email, mobile number, referral count etc.
4.6 Events
1. All upcoming events showing on index page can be managed here.
2. New event can be added or existing event can be edited
4.7 Project Management
1. This section displays the list of all projects in a table representation.
2. Existing projects can be viewed, activated, deactivated and deleted.
3. New project can be added.
4.8 Fund Release Request
1. This section has 2 subsections. They are Requests from Success project and Failed Projects
2. Each section displays the all the withdraw requests sent by the users in a table representation.
3. Each request record will have details like Username, Withdraw amount, Sent date, Pay Status, Bank Detail.
4.9 Genealogy
1. This section displays information about all the down line users. The table has the following information

This section displays all the enquires sent by the user. The table shows the following information
