The GoAP decided to distribute SIM cards for voice communication and to collect the data on key indicators of ICDS Programme

AWW will send a SMS with the indicators data through mobile .The Database server located at state level in NIC in Hyderabad will capture the data & consolidate the data and send the SMS alerts with consolidated data to Supervisors, CDPOs, PDs, RJDs and Commissioner

The indicators on which SMS alerts will be sent are divided into 3 categories

1. Daily Reports on 2 services i.e. Attendance of SNP and PSE beneficiaries2. Event Based Reports on 2 issues i.e. Births and Deaths3. Monthly Reports on 3 services i.e. THR, Nutritional status/Growth

Monitoring and information of enrolled beneficiaries

SMS on Daily Services i.e. Attendance of SNP and PSE beneficiaries is need to be sent every day by 11.30 AM from AWC itself

SMS on Event Based information is need to be sent as on when the event occurs

SMS on Monthly information is need to be sent once in a month ,on or before 1st of every month

While sending the message the following points has to be remembered:

The SIM card should always be in active mode and usage bills have to be paid to keep the connection active.

Keep all anganwadi centres mobile list with in the centre, to get contact with the project office are other AWWs working in your project area .[List available in basic information system]

SMS will be sent from AWCs and dept. SIM cards only. Please do not use personal or other AWC SIM cards for sending SMS

Always check the data in SMS while sending .Please keep a single space between Category code and Anganwadi Centre Code while sending the message.

Maintain the dot ( . ) and comma( , ) symbols in appropriate way

o Dot symbol ---The dot symbol represent the separation of number from parameter .Ex 1.10 in this example the 1 represent the parameter type and 10 is the number

o Comma Symbol ---The comma symbol represent the separation from parameter to parameter .Ex 1.20,4.10 in the example 1 and 4 are parameters ,so the comma is mentioned before the next parameter.
