Pete Flamman, SVP & General Manager for Northern Euro-pe, Turner Broad-casting System Europe Ltd., UK Pete has full respon-sibility for Turner’s

entertainment channels in the follo-wing markets: Central and Eastern Europe, German-speaking (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Nordic and Benelux. In addition, Pete has distri-bution responsibility for CNN Internati-onal in the same markets and opera-tional responsibility for Turner’s pan-EMEA entertainment feeds. Pete has played a key role in the growth of Turner over recent years as Vice President, Business Develop-ment working and collaborating with the local teams to launch new busi-ness initiatives and channels such as NUTS, TNT Spain and various chan-nels in Turkey and Germany.

Pearse Connolly, Director Busi-ness Develop-ment, Norwegian Football Associ-ation Pearse Connolly

likes football and innovation in digital media. Both are his primary responsi-bilities in his job at Norwegian Foot-ball Association where he is going to take care of business and rights is-sues. With the title “VP of Football” Pearse previously had responsibility for business development and innova-tion for Telenor's national and interna-tional football activities across it's TV, mobile and fixed divisions. Before this Pearse was a Senior Ana-lyst to the management team of Tele-nor Broadcast. He was a founding member of Telenor's interactive TV company Zonavi where he served as Director of Service Development.In 2005 Pearse's team won Telenor's international innovation competition where almost 500 ideas were submit-ted from across the group. He is also an external examiner for the Master's course in Interaction Design and Phy-sical Computing at the Oslo School of Architecture.

Robert Boehm, Head of Product Management, Exit Games, DE/US Robert Boehm has over seven years experience in the telecom industry

and is Head of Product Management at Exit Games. He has previously been in the same position at Mobilcom/France Telecom and worked for a wireless ASP com-pany as a product manager for multi access portals and messaging ser-vices. Robert was the responsible project manager for developing a mobile payment system for Mobilcom/France Telecom and a multi-access portal for Daimler-Chrysler.

Nikki Sørensen, Digital Media Manager, SF Film, DK Nikki is respon-sible for the stra-tegic develop-ment of digital media projects

and concepts for SF Film, in collabo-ration with the respective film marke-ting managers. She has over 15 years of new media experience and 10 years in the mobile market, during which time she has worked with many of the largest mobile and media com-panies, including Egmont, Aller, TV3, TDC, Tele2, Orange, Sonofon and Aspiro. As co-founder of Inmobia in 1999, Nikki was involved in the development of many exciting mobile projects, including many of the first commercial offerings in Denmark and the world’s first mobile soap opera (nominated as "Best Mobile Entertainment 2005” at 3GSM).

Morten Christian-sen, Managing Director, 3, DK 3 is Denmark's lea-ding 3G mobile operator and mobile Internet Service Provider. 3 offers

attractive and innovative 3G mobile phone and mobile broadband ser-vices. 3 has the most extensive Turbo 3G network coverage in Denmark with a bandwidth of up to 7.2 Mbit/s. 3 Denmark is owned by Hutchison Whampoa (60%) and Investor AB (40%). Morten Christiansen has been the CEO of 3 Denmark since 2005. Prior to this he has held executive positions in the telecom and adverti-sing industries.

Jan Hoffmann, Mobile Manager, TV2, DK Jan Hoffmann has more than 9 years experience with mobi-le services with know-

ledge from fixed networks, mobile services, operator experience and broadcast services. The portfolio of services run by TV 2 Denmark and Jan Hoffmann as Mobile Manager includes the largest non-carrier portal, mobile TV solutions and great TV interaction successes like the Danish version of “Strictly Come Dancing” and “Star Search”.

Kjetil J. Olsen, Head of International Business Development, Stepsto-ne, NO Kjetil J. Olsen is the founder of the job board deltidsjobb.no and the

recruitment software EasyCruit. In 2004 StepStone acquired his compa-ny and Olsen became Country Mana-ger for StepStone's operations in Norway. Currently he is in charge for international business development in StepStone's Online division.

Chairman Eric Lagier, Independent Advisor and Consultant, Dexmi, DK Eric Lagier is an Inde-pendent Advisor and Consultant at Dexmi,

a telecom consulting firm. He provides senior strategic leadership and advi-sory services to the global telecom-munications sector. He has more than 10 years of senior management and technical experience in the telecom-munications industry. Until December 2007, he was the Director of Business Development Mobile at Skype, a global leader in VOIP communications, and was re-sponsible for mobile strategy and execution including launch of the 3 Skypephone, the Skype Mobile pho-ne. Previously, he was the Director-Wireless and Voice Division at Oracle. He also held positions at TDC Mobil, where he was responsible for the mobile internet division. He has ex-pertise in the disruptive nature of technology including convergence between Internet and Mobile.

David Springall, CTO, Yospace – part of Bauer Consumer Media, UK David co-founded Yospace in 1999 and is responsible for the company’s technology

platform and its strategic vision. Yospace developed a ground brea-king user-generated content service designed specifically for mobile which was initially launched in partnership with 3 UK, as SeeMeTV in November 2005, and subsequently as LookAt-Me! on O2. Since then, the services have jointly cumulated over 32 million video downloads and paid over £800,000 back to their contributors. In February 2008, in a rare example of cross-operator collaboration, the 3 and O2 services were joined together into an open access community rebranded as EyeVibe.

Martin Duval, Direc-tor of the 'Orange Start-Up Program' at Orange & CEO Bluenove, FR Since 2001 at Oran-ge, Martin has been

developing and managing innovative projects and services most of them partnering with startups worldwide, ranging from mobile applications, LBS, contact-less, convergence, mu-sic & media. In 2006, he built a 'Corporate Open Innovation' program-me at Orange, the 'Orange Start Up Program' focusing on innovative mobi-le/web 2.0 services. He recently started his own consulting firm, bluenove, specialized in 'Opening Innovation' for major corpo-rations. Bluenove manages the 'Orange Start Up Program'.

Alexander Trom-men, COO, Minick, DE/CH Alexander is a true Pan-European Pro-fessional, since his university days when

he studied in Paris, Oxford and Berlin. He gained his first working experience at Bossard Consultants – a McKinsey Spin off (today merged with CGEY). His mobile services and media exper-tise includes the negotiation and reali-zation of mobile interactive services for major TV shows such as Big Bro-ther (CH, UK and Germany), MTV European Music Awards, RTL Tele-text Chat, Fame Academy on BBC and RTL2 and many others.

Michael Buch Sandager, Managing Director Europe, iLoop Mobile, DK/US Mr. Sandager joined iLoop Mobile from SSG as a part of the

InAphone Group A/S. Mr. Sandager founded and ran SSG, developing the company into a leading publisher of mobile games in Europe. Prior to SSG, Mr. Sandager held a position as CEO of Savannah A/S, a video ga-mes development company which Mr. Sandager co-founded in 1998. The company raised $6 million and deve-loped dozens of CD-ROM games. Mr. Sandager's expertise in mobile con-tent has made him a recognized lea-der in the Scandinavian mobile space. Previously Mr. Sandager headed Manpower Denmark and was CEO at Filofax A/S. He has 20 years expe-rience in sales and business develop-ment and has held several positions within the Danish IT Association, and MediaCouncil for Children.

Esben Danielsen, Spokesman, Roskilde Festival, DK Esben Danielsen is Spo-kesman at Roskilde Festival – Responsible for all internal and exter-nal communication and

advertising. Roskilde Festival is the largest North European music festival and has exi-sted since 1971. We are a non-profit organisation consisting of about 25 full-time employees and thousands of volunteers. Each year, The Roskilde Festival Charity Society, which is the association behind Roskilde Festival, ensures that the profits from the festi-val are donated directly to humanita-rian and cultural purposes.

Piotr Pawlak, CEO, FUN and MOBILE, PL Piotr founded FUN and MOBILE in 2006, to create software for mobile phones and to use it for marketing

purposes – Mobile Cookbook Knorr being an example of marketing, mobi-le and software connection. Prior to FUN and MOBILE, Piotr has worked for various companies in traditional gaming industry: developers, distribu-tors and media. He graduated War-saw School of Economics in 2003.

Russell Buckley, Managing Director, Europe, AdMob, UK Russell is one of the leading experts on mobile marketing, ha-ving overseen nearly

3,000 campaigns since 2000. Mob-Happy, his blog about mobile techno-logy and mobile marketing, is one of the most popular on the web focusing on this area. Before specializing in mobile, he spent over 15 years wor-king in marketing, including advising leading brands such as Coca-Cola, Diageo, Texaco and Mars. In 2000, he was recruited to be Director of Marketing of mobile marketing start up, ZagMe, one of the leading pione-ers in mobile advertising. Russell is currently Vice-Chair of the Board of The Mobile Marketing Asso-ciation for EMEA, is a regular speaker on mobile at conferences throughout the world and has published many articles, as well as a white paper on location based marketing.

Kim Østergaard, Bestseller, DK

Kim has 10 years professional expe-rience with eCommerce and Internet. He also worked in communication, IT, marketing, sales and sales training, ISP, business management and PR. At Bestseller Kim is responsible for Bestseller Online and is working on implementing multi-channel retailing and marketing. Peter Knudsen, CEO, BLIP Systems, DK He is Co-founder of the BLIP systems together with 8 other colleagues, which they started in 2003 after a MBO from Ericsson

and has now taken the company to be one of the leading providers within Proximity Marketing worldwide. Peter Knudsen has previously held various positions such as R&D Mana-ger, Department Manager & Project Manager within Ericsson for over 4 years. He has a background of offi-cers training and management expe-rience from the Danish Army.

Chairman Steffen Krabbenhøft Mobile Director, MediaCom, DK Steffen is an evange-list regarding mobile marketing and adver-tising being enthu-

siastic on how to connect all informati-on and advertising channels to one 24/7 fully mobile totally available on the fly. He is a telecom guru with over 15 years of experience from the Telecom sector. Before MediaCom he was Business Development Manager at Responsfabrikken where he created mobile solutions to a long range of the biggest brands in the market. Steffen has worked over 10 years for Nokia as Sales and Business Deve-lopment Manager.

Torsten Bruun, Regional Managing Director, GEMIUS Nordic , DK Torsten is responsible for all traffic analyzing on the biggest sites which are members

of the Danish organisation FDIM. These counts MSN.dk, Jubii, Bonnier and many more. GEMIUS is now working on doing the same thing on the mobile together with the Mobile Group at ITB and FDIM. The very first figures should be out at the confe-rence. Before GEMIUS Torsten have been Head of Sales at TradeDoubler Den-mark and International Product Direc-tor at ad Pepper media International.

Philip Wegloop, Head of Electronic Marketing, Nordea Bank, Nordic Philip Wegloop is originally from Holland and has a PhD in

innovations economy and is VP in Nordea. Philip has been responsible for the branding of Nordea including the pro-cess of changing from Unibank to Nordea (this count for all the countries where Nordea is placed.)Today he is ’Head of Electronic Marketing’ in Nor-dea with responsible for the use and development of electronic marketing.

Lars Halling, CEO, Crossmedia Avenue, SE

Since 2000 at the Softhouse group based in Malmö, Sweden. Lars has been managing va-

rious projects for customers within the telecom sector and also been respon-sible for the internal innovation pro-cess. Between 2004 and 2007 Lars was CEO of Softhouse Consulting Öresund and 2007 he took over as CEO of Crossmedia Avenue. Lars holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics and an MBA (Lund). He started his career in the building automation industry desig-ning control systems. After that he worked as an engineer and project manager within the transportation industry before he switched over to IT and telecom after joining Softhouse year 2000.
