5 WAYS TO HELP CAPTURE THIS OPPORTUNITY
1. Understand your customers mobile habits incl. usage and behavior
2. Don’t be deceived by metrics/measurements as they not always 100% reliable in Myanmar
3. Ensure broad business results/KPI’s are achieved through your digital campaign
4. First test/pilot, learn and change, then roll-out at scale, and continuesly measure and and optimise for the duration of the entire campaign
5. Start think mobile first when implementing digital campaigns. Ensure mobile/digital forms part of ALL integrated campaigns at least 5% - 10% of your total campaign budget
