The LIAZ pattern shop is a purely Czech company with approx. 118 employees. Owners are directly involved in the

management of the company, by which the company aims to provide the maximum performance according to customer

requirements. We are pleased to work with cutting-edge technologies for customers with demanding requirements.

In the automotive industry, we have been operating as a supplier of tools for manufacturers of parts for more than 100 years.

It is a key sector for us.

Aviation and Space Program

We supply mainly functional parts for aviation (civil and military) and motor-car sports. We can do this thanks to our flexibility,

reliability and technological potential of the company.

Power engineering and investment units

We have been supplying parts for turbines and compressors for power engineering, in particular with regard to the production

capacity of our company, machining ranges and the complexity of supplies.

Design, architecture and art

In recent years, we have expanded our activities with the projects in the field of design, art and architecture, where we have

been a good partner with regard to the range of technologies and the potential implementation of very large projects.

A new furnace with higher capacity installed. This

allows us to produce higher volume of improved

quality castings.

Melting capacity: 490 kg

Heated transport pan for better Alloy parameter

Degassing unit, Dichte index less than 1,5 %

Laboratory is a part of new foundry workplace.

Castings porosity will be tested here.
