Description :Arham is proud to announce about its newly developed product wiz Reinforced Composite Toilet Module for world largest network- Indian Railways.

The body is completely made up of FRP material replacing steel and wood. It is being developed as per German Design.

The USP (Ultimate Selling Product) of this module is:

The Make AccessoriesThe Toilet Module consists of four parts, viz:-• The Flooring Trough :- Made up of Fire Retardant FRP (Fiber

Reinforced Plastics) material with PVC Foam Sheet as the sandwich structure.

• L-shaped Side Wall :- Made up of Fire Retardant FRP material with PVC Foam Sheet as the sandwich structure. Many different sizes of Inserts of MS and SS are reinforced for mounting Equipments

• C-shaped Side Wall :- Made up of Fire Retardant FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastics) material with PVC Foam Sheet as the sandwich structure. It consists of many different sizes of Inserts of Mild Steel and Stainless Steel for mounting Equipments

• Ceiling/Roof :- Fabricated from Stainless Steel material. This multipurpose frame is used for lifting the Toilet Module and also to store the overhead equipments. Also, it has the provision for fixing the electrical conduit pipes

The above Toilet Modules are of two types:

• Orient (Indian) - Left Hand Side (2Nos ) and Right Hand Side (1No) w.r.t. Power Panel End

• Euro (English) - Right Hand Side (1No) w.r.t. Power Panel End

Development of Aesthetic & Light Weight Ladder for Railway Personnel's for climbing inside the Mail Coaches of Indian Railways.

IN THE YEAR 2005


Scum Baffle solved the problem of organic waste material entering seawater. Major companies such as M/s Bennie & Partners (India) Ltd. and Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai accredited ARHAM for this unique achievement. A never before, this Indian technology compelled the International magazine to take note of it. The product, Scum Baffle, is also patented.

IN THE YEAR 2003

The problem of delamination of PCP rubber sheet used for Insulation was overcome by providing FRP Coating on EMU Pantograph zone for Indian Railways.

IN THE YEAR 2001

The shortfalls of Bamboo Ladders were overcome by providing FRP Ladders, a totally indigenous product.. ARHAM were the first to supply Single Piece 32 feet Ladder for OHE Maintenance.
