EPD LIMITED WARRANTY FOR MODULATING FLOAT VALVES

Effective December 1, 2000

The Manufacturer warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of service, from

date of delivery, 3 years Prorated.

PRO RATA SCHEDULE

First Year Only – 100 % Replacement

Second Year Only – 50% Replacement Discount

Third Year Only – 20% Replacement Discount

This limited warranty becomes effective the day the part(s) ships from EPD. The limited warranty shall apply to repair or replacement for defects arising only from normal usage and does not cover damage or failure resulting from shipping, installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, abnormal working conditions, or repairs by other than the Manufacturer. The Manufacturer shall in no event be liable to Purchaser for indirect or consequential damages of any kind or character.
