I’m Fiona and I’m your new penfriend! I’m in Year 5 at Duke’s Primary School. Are you in Year 5 too? I’m in Mrs Graham’s class and she’s really nice.

I get up at 6.45 in the morning and I have breakfast. I go to school with my friends at 8.30. School starts at 8.45. It’s great! I’ve got a good timetable. I love Mondays. I’ve got Art in the morning and History in the afternoon. They’re my favourite subjects. We’ve got Science after break. I don’t like Science – I’m not very good at it.

Do you play sport at school? We play football, tennis and volleyball. I’m good at sport. I do after school activities too. On Wednesdays I go snowboarding with my friends, and on Mondays I go to Chess Club. I go rollerblading and swimming at the weekend. What do you do?

I go home at 3.30. I have a sandwich and I do my homework. I go to bed at 9.00.
