MODULE 4 CONTENT CREATION STRATEGIES Introduction Hey, this is Stefan, and welcome to Module 4, “Content Creation Strategies”.
What is Quality Content? Quality content can be defined as “anything that provides value to your niche that your niche perceives as valuable”, so this can be anything that’s informative, helpful, inspiring, interesting, funny, entertaining, etc. Every niche and market is different, so every niche is going to have their own perception of what is quality to them. That is why it is very important to make sure that you do some research in you niche and market and find out what other people are doing so that you can get some ideas of the kinds of content that that market is responding to.
Types of Quality Content There are different types of quality content; content can come in many different forms. Some of the most common forms are:
Articles
Videos
Images, in terms of images maybe on Instagram, Facebook or social media
www.affiliatemarketingmastery.com Copyright © All Rights Reserved by Project Life Mastery Inc.
Podcasts
Kindle Books
EBooks (PDF guides)
Quotes, that you might see on Instagram or Twitter
Infographics And really, there is many more forms of content that are available, but these are the most common ones, and like I said, it’s going to depend on your niche and market and what your audience responds to.
What is the Purpose of Quality Content?
The purpose of content creation is to create something of perceived value
and give it away for free, in order to attract people to you. We live in the
information age, and one of the most common phrases that you will hear
and learn through content marketing is, “content is king”. Content is one of
the most important ways to attract people to you.
Quality content not only helps attract people to you, but it also creates fans
and followers, as well as establishes trust and relationships with those fans
and followers. The more value that you give to someone, the more that
they are going to like you, trust you and then a relationship will be
established.
Quality content can also establish you as an authority or an expert. If you
know what you’re talking about, people will perceive you as an authority or
an expert, and it also triggers, reciprocity, which means, you give what you
get. When you are adding value to other people, they are going to want to
give back to you, they are going to want to pay you for your services or
products, or be able to support you by clicking on and purchasing through
your affiliate links.
The more quality content that you create, share and give away, the higher
the chances that people will find and follow you, so having a lot of content

out there is what is going to attract a lot of people to you. The more
content, the better.
And also, quality content can have a viral effect, so if your content is really
good and really high quality, people will like it, people will share it on social
media, on Facebook, on Twitter, and share it with their friends and
followers, and then it can really go viral.
Content Creation Examples
“How-To” or “Step-By-Step” – for example, “How to Lose Fat” would be
an example of an article, video or podcast.
Lists – for example, “10 Ways to Lose Fat”, “5 Ways to do X, Y, and Z”.
People love lists.
Case Studies – for example, “How I Lost 30 Pounds in 30 Days”, so
sharing your experience, your results, your case study, or maybe even
sharing someone else’s case study that can inspire people and show them
what’s possible and how it was done.
Reviews - there are a lot of people that are interested in reviewing online
reviews of different products, so for example, they might want to see a
review of a Vitamix Blender; they want to see a review of additional
products and services out there, because people go online to research
things. That is a fantastic way to make money as an affiliate as well, which
Ill share later in this program.
Interviews - you can interview other experts or authorities in your niche or
market; they are providing the content, and you are just asking them
questions.
Quote images - common on Instagram, Pinterest, different social media
platforms, so maybe its inspiring, funny, or entertaining quotes.

Guides, courses, products – that can be an example of Kindle Books,
which is a form of a written content as a book, where people can download
it and receive written content from you. You could give something away for
free, that has high-perceived value as a physical product. There are many
examples, which I will show you in this video, of different websites that do
this, including my own. Every market and niche is going to be somewhat
different, so that is why it is important to research other people in your
niche to find out what they are doing and what they are responding to.
4 Levels of Quality
Quality is very important; you always want to aim for quality. Quality is
what’s going to add the most value, it is what’s going to attract people to
you, and the more quality content that you produce, the more people are
going to follow you, that are going to subscribe to your newsletter, follow
your YouTube channel, and follow you on social media, so quality is very
important.
Poor quality is not really going to do anything for you; if people see poor
quality they are going to feel angry, upset and ripped off because they
might have watched a video or went to your blog and it is garbage, so you
want to avoid poor quality content.
Good is not good enough these days. There’s a lot of good content out
there and we live in a world where there so much information and content,
that good doesn’t really stand out in the same way that it used to, so good
is a level, but in my opinion, good is just mediocre.
Great content is content that people love, they like it, and they share it.
Epic is when you take it to another level, where that content goes viral, and
it’s very hard to produce epic content. In my opinion, you want to aim for
the great criteria. What you will find, is that now and then, if your standards
are great, you will produce something now and then that is epic and that
everyone is going to love. People will then share it online, it will go viral,
www.affiliatemarketingmastery.com Copyright © All Rights Reserved by Project Life Mastery Inc.
and it will end up reaching many people. Creating great and epic content is
how you attract raving fans.
Focus on Great and Epic!
When your content is really great and epic, people like it and they share it
on social media, they are going to talk about it, they are going to want to
purchase through your affiliate links and follow you online, so you always
want to aim for great and epic quality content.
Three Ways to Create Content
Create the Content Yourself
Writing articles, recording videos, posting on social media, etc.
Interview others
For example, maybe you do not want to create the content yourself, and
write and record videos, so you can interview other people that are experts,
or partner with other experts that might already be successful in a certain
niche or market. Maybe you do the marketing for them and you put
everything together and then you are interviewing them and you are
providing the content on your behalf.
I interview people on YouTube, I interview people to share on my podcast
or on my blog, and that is a great way to get started in order to gain access
to a lot of experts. Experts want to reach a lot of people and increase their
audience, so by interview them; you are helping them to do so.
Outsource the content
You can hire writers and virtual assistants, who can manage your social
media accounts and post on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter for you.
However, the one challenge with outsourcing content is that, if you are
aiming for the standard of great and epic, than it is going to be very
expensive to hire someone to produce great and epic content for you. Like
www.affiliatemarketingmastery.com Copyright © All Rights Reserved by Project Life Mastery Inc.
I said, great and epic content is very challenging to create; it requires a
very high standard to create that level of content, so, oftentimes, when you
hire and outsource someone, depending on how much you want to pay,
you might get some good content.
There is nothing wrong with good if you just want an average result. Some
people are aiming for that, they just want to make a bit of money or have a
bit of success, or maybe make a couple $1000/month, and that is
achievable with good, quality content. However, as time goes on, like I
said, you want to build a brand that’s successful, that really helps people,
and that’s really being in the realm of great and epic, so I often recommend
for people to create content yourself. I think that by creating content
yourself, you learn a lot in the process, and I get a lot of benefit from the
content that you produce. It helps improve you as a writer, your ability to
record content on videos, posting on social media, etc., so you learn a lot in
the process as you develop some critical skills. Now you might say, “Well
I’m not a great writer”, or “I’m not great in front of video”. Well, that is okay,
nobody is great when they are first starting out.
When I first started, I was not great in front of a camera, I was not great as
a writer, but I just got started, and because I was authentic and genuine, I
tried to focus on adding as much value as possible through my content.
People resonated with it, and because I did it a lot, I got better and better
and I improved as time went on. Alternatively, when you outsource work,
the person you are outsourcing is going to get better, but you are not going
to benefit as much by the improvement of establishing your own brand,
your own name, and really being the expert in your own niche.
I think that all three ways are successful. I have seen people have success
all three ways, and this program is about providing different options for you.
There is no way one to success, there is many different ways, and so if you
want to outsource, if you want to interview, if you want to create it yourself,
feel free to do so. Many businesses have had a lot of success utilizing all
three of these models.

Examples of Quality Content in My Business
I am now going to show you different examples of quality content in my
business; on my blog, YouTube channel, and on social media accounts, as
well as additional niches, markets and the different businesses that I have.
However, I do recommend that you do research, based on the niche or
market that you are in, because every niche and market is different.
I am in the self-development, building an online business niche and market,
and so what people respond to in my market might be very different to the
niche or market that you have decided to be in. It is very important to
understand that, which is why you want to find and follow the experts, the
top people in your niche and market in order to learn from them, follow
them, and get ideas of what they are doing. These experts already have a
proven track record of success, and a lot of experience in their niche and
market. You can model and learn from them, and apply that learning in the
niche or the market that you are in.
Here I am at Project Life Mastery, and if you follow me at all on social
media, if you follow me on Project Life Mastery, my YouTube, my blog, my
podcast, you will learn a lot just by watching me. If you are not already
following me on my blog or on social media, than I recommend that you do
so. I hope that you will be able to learn a lot as I evolve and grow, because
I am always trying to evolve my content, strategies, and business, and so, if
you are following me, you will learn all of the latest of what I am doing and
be able to see what is working.
I published this article on Project Life Mastery. It is a very in-depth article
that I gave away, free, that has been very popular. It is called, “The
Ultimate Guide to Making Money Publishing Kindle E-Books”, and if you
scroll down, there are a lot of people that have liked it and shared it on
social media. If you scroll down further you can see that I shared some of
my experience. I give a lot of examples of books that I have published, and
show people, step-by-step, how to publish and make money with Kindle E-

Books, and how to find a profitable niche. I really give away a lot, I share a
lot, and that is an example of epic content, when you give away a lot for
free and you focus on helping people and providing massive value.
In doing so, you will establish yourself as an expert and as an authority,
and will build a lot of trust and relationships with people. As you can see,
there are a lot of different examples of images that I have. This is a really
lengthy article. I probably could have published this article as a Kindle E-
Book if I wanted to, or sell it as a product. In many ways, I think that is how
you should feel when you are creating really high quality content. I’ve
produced content that is so good and so high quality that, afterwards,
people have shared with me how its changed their life; they’ve become a
raving fan or they want to send me money. I have had people that have
just donated money to me because they have received so much value, or
people have bought products from me or through me, and even sent me
gifts in the mail, just because I focus on providing value and helping people
as much as I can.
This article provides a lot of value, it was quite a while ago that I created
this but I received great feedback. This is an example of something that is
epic. You are able to see in this blog post that I was able to promote my
course, but either way, you can promote different products as an affiliate
throughout your articles and content, and that is how you are going to
monetize it, which is what we are going to go over in a later module.
1. My New Morning Ritual
“My New Morning Ritual” has over 600,000 views on YouTube. This is an
updated version that I did. It was very popular and it went viral; 671 people
liked it on Facebook. People share their experiences and their results from
it.
This is when I had hair and when I started my YouTube channel. I
produced this video back in 2010. It had 716,000 views at the time of me
recording this video, and it is a great opportunity when you are able to
www.affiliatemarketingmastery.com Copyright © All Rights Reserved by Project Life Mastery Inc.
reach people like that and you can promote a product. In my case, I ended
up creating, “Morning Ritual Mastery”, so I promoted that. It is important to
realize that there are other ways to monetize content like this, such as
building your email list. Again, these are some examples of affiliate
marketing strategies that I will share with you later on.
“Morning Ritual” has been a very popular video that has changed people’s
lives. I have been able to build amazing relationship with people and have
provided a lot of value. It is a 35-minute video, and as you can see, if you
go back to some of my content, the camera equipment and all that stuff
wasn’t what it was today, but the content was good. Like I said, I always
strive for great or epic content, sometimes it’s not always going to be epic
or even great, but you just keep aiming for that and once in a while you
have a video or piece of content that goes viral that really reaches a lot of
people. This is a step- by-step process, kind of like a case study style blog
post.
2. Morning Rituals of Tony Robbins, Oprah, Steve Jobs, Lady Gaga
In order to create content for this blog I wrote about other people’s morning
rituals, which is a fantastic, creative way of creating content. You do not
have to be the expert; you can just pull together information and ideas from
other people and put that together in a form of content. For this article and
video I did research, because I was creating my Morning Ritual Mastery
course and I was curious, “What are the morning rituals of the most
successful people in the word, or the most famous people”? After doing
research I learned, okay, this is what Tony Robbins does, this is what
Steve Jobs, Barrack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, McJagger, Mark Zuckerberg,
Bill Gates, Benjamin Franklin, Richard Branson, etc. I realized that this is
what successful people have done in their morning rituals, and I put it
together in an article and in a video, and people loved it. That is just
another creative way of creating content and then promoting new content
as well

3. Binge Eating Blog Video
Here is a great one on Binge Eating that I did back in 2014. I used to
struggle with binge eating, and binge eating is not the niche or market that I
am in, but it just really demonstrates how you can make money as an
affiliate in a different niche, and do well. When you search for binge eating
my video is the third video that comes up, and this video has over 193,000
views. In this video, I use it to build my email list, and I also promote other
products on Amazon as an affiliate through this video.
This an affiliate link for a book called, “Brain Over Binge”, which is a really
great book if you struggle with binge eating, so when people go and buy
this I make money as a commission from it. That is an example of affiliate
marketing, and I have been able to make a lot of money from it, just by
promoting this book because Amazon has an affiliate program.
4. My Personal Facebook Page
Here is my personal Facebook page. This page has over 92,000 likes right
now. I provide examples of content on my page, as you can see, different
images or quotes, because I am in the inspirational and motivational
market.
I also post my own content, and this is something that we are going to
share later on inside this program, how you can start sharing your content
on social media. I share on my Facebook pages different content that can
help people and that drives people back to my blog or my YouTube
channel, or wherever the content is, even uploading videos to Facebook,
so putting content in that form, and some of these contents really reach a
lot of people, others, not as much. It depends on the engagement.
For example, 60 people liked this post. However, one of the challenges
with Facebook has been that the organic reach is not what it used to be,
but either way, because I have a lot of fans, I can start doing Facebook ads
www.affiliatemarketingmastery.com Copyright © All Rights Reserved by Project Life Mastery Inc.
and target my audience more if I choose to. Focus on sharing your own
content; it can be written posts or inspirational images.
As you can see, this one was very popular, over 406 people liked it and 24
people shared it. When you create quality content, people will like it, they
will share it, and when people share it, you will attract more people to your
page and more potential followers. That is an example of Facebook.
5. Instagram
Here is Project Life Mastery’s Instagram page; it had around 26,000
followers at the time of this video, and we are growing aggressively. Here
is an example of a post with different quotes that we post. It got 193 likes.
Usually we get a couple hundred likes for each post. They are
motivational, inspirational forms of content, and I will show you how to
monetize Instagram a little bit later on in this course as well.
6. Twitter
Twitter is just another opportunity to post and share existing content that I
am already creating, maybe there is quotes and other images that I can
post and share as well.

Niche Examples
Here are some examples of different niches, but again, I do recommend
that you research the niche or market that you are in.
Survival Life - Blog
Here is a website called, “Survival Life”. It is in the survival market. It is a
very popular blog and what they have here is a contest, an “Ultimate
Zombie Apocalypse Survival Kit”. Five survivalists will win this kit. This is
value that they are giving away that they have perceived as high-perceived
value to their niche and market.
They are giving that away, for free, and that is a way to attract people, that
is another form of content. If you come here, you can see that they have a
lot of different articles and blog posts, tons of content here that they have
provided; you can take a look at their social media and see some of the
content they are providing there as well.
I know that, as an example of the survival market, they have done things,
like giving away physical products as a form of building relationships and
attracting people. For example, I think there is one survival website that
was giving away a credit card knife, so it was like a credit card that could
turn into a knife. I do not know much about the survival market, but they
would give that away, and they would attract people to them and they had a
whole strategy on how to monetize the people that they attracted.
Young and Raw - Blog
Here is a great blog called, Young and Raw. I know the owners of this
blog, and they have done an interesting thing. One of the founders,
Shelina, she posts health and fitness and raw food recipes, but the way
that they grew was that they actually outsourced a lot of their content.
They have different contributors that contribute to their blog, and in
exchange, they get some promoting and marketing from that. For example,
www.affiliatemarketingmastery.com Copyright © All Rights Reserved by Project Life Mastery Inc.
you can write for them if you choose, but they have a very different model,
which is interesting. They are very popular on social media as well.
I Love Basketball - YouTube
Here is a YouTube channel in the basketball market, “I Love Basketball
TV”. They create short video clips that are tutorials, like, “how-to” tutorials
on basketball. For example, “How to: Master the Stephan Curry floater”,
“How to Finish Better around the Rim”, How to: Basketball Drill to Master
the Pull Up Jump”. These are 3-4 minute videos and they are showing
different things, providing different tips, and their videos are very valuable,
so that is another example of YouTube content.
HudeBeauty – Instagram
Here is another one on Instagram; this is in the beauty market. This girl
has 13 million followers, and she is a blogger, but she just shares beauty
tips, makeup tutorials, and things like that. Simply posting images of
beautiful people, attractive images, or really amazing photography can be a
form of quality content on Instagram, because every platform is different
and has their own form of quality content.
Every niche is different as well, so that’s why it’s very important to follow
the other authorities and experts that are further ahead of you in your
market so that you can learn from them and start to model what they are
doing so that you can apply that to your business and your brand. Those
are just some examples of quality content, different niches, some examples
from my own business. You can model and utilize some of these, if you
like, but like I said, do research, follow people online and learn what they
are doing, and then tailor your content creation strategies based on that.
Assignments
Research others in your niche to see exactly what types of content
that they produce and get ideas from them.
www.affiliatemarketingmastery.com Copyright © All Rights Reserved by Project Life Mastery Inc.
Decide on the type of content that you will creating, and maybe make
a list of different ideas or examples of content that you can start to
create moving forward.
Conclusion
Thanks again for watching this video! Make sure to leave a comment
below, let me know that you are there, that you are watching, that you are
participating, and that you have made it to Module 4.
