Other NGOs e.g. Technoserve, TIPCEE, ACDEP, SNV etc had already used VC approaches

project implementing VC championed the process of organizing the 1st ever Value Chain Practitioners Forum in Nov, 2009 and followed up with the 2nd in Jan, 2011
