2 CRN informed TP Mr.Sanal chandran- Project engineer will be deputed at site by june1st week. TP asked CRN to submit the credentials of official con-cerned with this project at the earliest.

3 TP informed CRN that draft MOM should be prepared and forwarded by CRN to Technopark at least within two days after a meeting is held. The MoM has to be signed by representatives of each concern.

4 TP informed CRN that the MoM of Kick Off meeting has not been finalized. TP further informed that MoM was already prepared by TP and forwarded to CRN a month back.

5 TP informed that all the coconut trees (246nos) and rubber trees (42nos) to be uprooted at Sub Station Site has to be stack properly at various areas.

6 CRN informed that the filling soil sample to be tested by approved laboratory. Based on the satisfactory of soil report the filling work shall be permitted.

to finalize the Level of Substation yard. TP directed CRN to propose on the date when meeting could be held so that TP can get the concurrence for meeting from Feedback Ventures.

8 TP informed CRN that apart from the live/tendered works the following new works proposed at Technocity campus has to be taken up by CRN:

1) 20 Lakh Litre capacity UG sump to constructed without pumping facility

2) One main gate entrance structure to be constructed for Technocity

3) Design inputs to Technopark for one sub way to be constructed across the NH.
