Terms and conditions

Monamal Fashions terms and conditions are applicable for all transactions and are detailed in

full below. Customer confirmation of an order will constitute an acceptance of these terms

and conditions.

1. Customers will be invoiced for the full amount prior to any garments being

manufactured and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all garments,

colors and sizes are satisfactory as detailed on the invoice.

2. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. All orders are non refundable and Monamal Fashions reserves the right to provide a

substitute garment of similar or higher quality at a comparable price where the original

garment may no longer be available. Monamal Fashions will endeavour to inform the

customer of any change to their order where possible. Monamal Fashions is not

responsible and does not accept any refund or exchange requests even if Monamal

Fashions fails to inform the customer of any change in design, fabric, color or size of

cloth.

4. All goods in the Monamal Fashions catalogue are described as accurately as possible.

However, due to the manufacturing process, exact materials and designs may be

subject to modifications and changes. Monamal Fashions reserves the right to change

the specification of any garment.

5. All sizes and measurements are accurate however Monamal Fashions assumes no

responsibility for any change in the size or measurement of any garments. Monamal

Fashions does not accept any returns for alterations.

6. Any changes to the specification or measurements of garments once confirmed may

incur additional charges that must be settled in full prior to the order being fulfilled

and readied for shipping.

7. Monamal Fashions uses stringent quality control measures. All garments are quality

checked prior to dispatch and Monamal Fashions assumes no responsibility for any

damage to the garment once received by the customer.

8. Monamal Fashions will only ship an order once the account is settled in full and the

order is complete in its entirety unless the customer has paid in full for several

shipping consignments.

9. Monamal Fashions reserves the right to change or add to these terms and conditions at

any time.

Sisters please choose your size carefully. Make sure that the length of the

abaya and the bust size is correct because once orders have been placed we

cannot change the order size. If you require any extra specifications or larger

sizes please specify in your email. We custom make abayas to your size where

required. We shorten abayas to your needs free of charge.JAK.

Please note:

- Abaya size above 58 inches will be charged $8 extra per piece.

- Any change in beading colour or embroidery colour will incur

an additional $8 charge.
