Federal: - Eliminate sexual assault/harassment in the workplace - Maintain future viability and relevance of the Montana Air and Army Guard - Ensure economic strength of Guard is maintained - Ensure Soldiers and Airmen continue to be trained for wartime & peacetime - Strengthen bond of Soldier/Airman/Family/Employer to reduce conflicts between service and support structures
