morgan bourke recommendation letter

To Whom It May Concern: I believe that Morgan Bourke would make a wonderful addition to the Concert Band at Pitman High School. Her dedication, ability to take direction, and her work ethic make her a perfect candidate. Morgan is the definition of an overachiever. She is an invaluable member of Choir, Band, and Drama Club here at Sacred Heart School. In band, she plays the flute, cello, and piano (all with great proficiency). Band meets at 7AM and Morgan is usually the first one here (sometimes earlier than I am). She is very punctual and responsible. I can’t remember the last time she’s missed a rehearsal. She is an excellent sight-reader and she is a very fast learner. There have been many times, during a performance, in which I have called on Morgan to play or sing an impromptu solo; because I needed to fill time and I know that I can count on her to be willing to help out without question. I’m sad to see Morgan graduate from Sacred Heart this year, because the performing arts program will not be the same without her. You are very lucky to have such a great student coming your way. Morgan is a very talented and hard- working student and I know that you will be very happy to have her in your band. Sincerely, Mr. Tom Oakley Sacred Heart School Performing Arts [email protected]

To Whom It May Concern:

I believe that Morgan Bourke would make a wonderful addition to the

Concert Band at Pitman High School. Her dedication, ability to take direction,

and her work ethic make her a perfect candidate.

Morgan is the definition of an overachiever. She is an invaluable member

of Choir, Band, and Drama Club here at Sacred Heart School. In band, she plays

the flute, cello, and piano (all with great proficiency). Band meets at 7AM and

Morgan is usually the first one here (sometimes earlier than I am). She is very

punctual and responsible. I can’t remember the last time she’s missed a

rehearsal. She is an excellent sight-reader and she is a very fast learner. There

have been many times, during a performance, in which I have called on Morgan

to play or sing an impromptu solo; because I needed to fill time and I know that I

can count on her to be willing to help out without question.

I’m sad to see Morgan graduate from Sacred Heart this year, because the

performing arts program will not be the same without her. You are very lucky to

have such a great student coming your way. Morgan is a very talented and hard-

working student and I know that you will be very happy to have her in your band.

Sincerely,

Mr. Tom Oakley
