▫The most important part of any organisation id recruitment. This can be called as the most important task of the HRD of any given business. Recruitment is understood as the gathering of very skilled workforce in an organisation

The way to do that is to follow some steps. Planning is the first one that is followed by building of a strategy which in turn is followed by finding an employee with the organisation

•The paper has conducted the review of literature of the past several years to determine the best way of recruitment for organisations that benefits them in the best possible way

Results•Not agreeing with the literature, the

results of this paper have concluded that external recruitment is the best way of recruiting employees

•That is so, because, internal recruitment adds several good things to the organisation with only the elimination of cost to the organisation whereas external recruitment does not only add to the organisation but also eliminates major endangering elements from the organisation together with costs.

•If an organisation were to be fair, both the ways of recruitment ought to be used when they are needed at their own separate times
