Reporting to the Director Project Management Office, you will play a pivotal and leadership role in the digital transformation strategy of the Fund to help design innovative solutions business problems.

Position Requirements• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized, accredited and

reputable University, preferably in the field of Information System, Information Technology, Financial Management or similar.

• At least six (6) years’ experience working on medium to large scale projects.

• Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management would be preferable.

• Data analysis – Must have proficiency with Microsoft Excel.• Working experience in:

o Six Sigma & Lean implementation;o Change Management AGILE methods and techniques;o Data modelling and object oriented techniques;o SharePoint and Microsoft Project.

• Understanding of the IIBA and PMBOK Standards.• Understanding of the Superannuation and Finance

processes.• Self-motivated with strong communication and

interpersonal skills.• Able to identify issues and present creative, practical

solutions.

Reporting to the Auditor in Charge, you will play a key role in ensuring that Group audits and investigations are completed in accordance with the standards, practices and FNPF Group Internal Audit Policy and Procedure Manual.

Position Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent. • Post Graduate Diploma in Professional and/or Forensic

Accounting would be an added advantage. • At least 2 years’ experience in the auditing field.• Experience in conducting fraud and ethics investigations is

desirable.• Must be member of the Institute of Internal Auditors with

complete understanding and working knowledge of the International Professional Practice Framework issued by The Institute of Internal Auditors.

• Membership with the Fiji Institute of Accountants and experience with CCH TeamMate Audit Management Software would be an advantage.

• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.

• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity and

attention to detail.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.

Reporting to Team Lead Systems & Network, your role will include end user support, monitoring of and adherence to agreed service levels, client based hardware and software maintenance and support and periodic reporting.

Position Requirements• Diploma in Computer Science, Information

Systems, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.• At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in

similar role.• Certifications in the following would be desirable:

o CompTIA A+, N+ (or similar)o MCSA: Windows 10o CCENTo ITIL Beginner

• Understanding of systems and networks architecture models.

• Experience in Microsoft Windows client systems operation and configuration.

• Competency with MS office applications, Antivirus and Endpoint protection.

• Knowledge of ITSM principles.• Familiarity with ISO 27000 series of standards

and ISO 9000 standard.• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices

and laws.• Hands on experience with diagnosing and

resolving basic technical issues.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Customer-oriented and able to work well under

pressure.
