Orientation

Puss in Boots begins when the director of “Shrek” is interested with the

character. So, he creates Puss in Boots movie. Puss in Boots is brave, cool and

the hero of his village. But, in this movie this hero becomes a bad cat because he

tries to help his best friend, Humpty Dumpty. Unfortunately, his best friend

betrays Puss.

When they meet again, Humpty Dumpty is fuming that Puss betrayed him, but they reteam

anyway for an adventure that involves some spectacular midair derring-do. With Kitty

Softpaws, they have most hillarious adventure to get the Golden eggs.

Evaluation

For people who ever watched “Shrek” and “Puss in Boots”, they will compare both of them. However, Puss in Boots has well-visualized. Even when the story loses its thread, the movie rewards your eye. Puss is given a crush in Kitty Softpaws, who first appears in disguise and eventually becomes his sidekick and partner in

crime. Kitty’s tragedy is that she has been declawed, but the movie makes little of it.

Evaluation

However, there is much to admire. The movie’s most remarkable feature is a spectacular use of 3-D that raises the bar for a mainstream animated film. The tone of the screenplay is more innocent, and

the movie is apparently directed ata slightly younger audience.

Evaluation Summation

The animation is more impressive: Puss looks very fluffy and the 3D is used tricky methods, both during

the many action scenes and an elaborate dance number. Puss in Boots is good for family time.

In conclusion, this movie is well-animated but the conflict is easy to predict.
