• Dr. Vijay Nambiar is admitted Apothecary Hospital in a critical condition after a freak accident.
STORY
Former patients subin and prathaban get into doctor’s mind , even as he remains unconscious in the hospital bed
Asking question about his unethical medical tests at the behest of some medical companies.
STORY
Dr Vijay Nambiar uses his poor patients to test drugs on the behest of a giant pharmaceutical company, killing a few, and leaving another few to live like the dead
STORY
Unethical drug experiment made the life of patients into a living hell.
STORY
The rest of the movie is his impending punishment and the final atonement.
Should he live, he would go on to save even more lives. Dr.Nambiyar returns to life a changed man.
Dr.Nambiyar leaves the hospital to set up a charitable institution. His wife and several of the hospital staff and patients accompany him on his new journey.
Jayasurya’s weight loss for the character of Subi Joseph is really appreciable
Madhav Ramdas has to be appreciated for this brave attempt. Apothecary is a very risky attempt, a minute fault in the script or direction can affect entire movie. But this is where the director won.
