The National Institute for Sport (NIS) was established in 1972 withthe mandate to drive manpower development in sports.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF)
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) was established as theNigeria Football Association (NFA) in 1945.

One of our female athletes ran apersonal best of 10.92 in 100meters. No Nigerian femaleathlete has ever done this in thehistory of the Olympics.
