DescriptionThe DataPower extension enables Dynatrace to fully monitor IBM DataPower instances and to incorporate performance insights into our full-stack, all-in-one monitoring solution. Unlike other DataPower monitoring solutions, our extension represents a truly integrated solution, which moves beyond simply reporting health metrics, to determining when and how your DataPower devices are adversely affecting service performance.

Why are we better than our competition?Ingested DataPower metrics are fully incorporated into the Dynatrace AI model, enabling us to:

1. Automatically baseline device performance

2. Correlate device performance deviations to application and service anomalies

3. Identify instances when DataPower is the root cause of problems

Problem DetectionDataPower monitoring is now completely integrated into Dynatrace. This allows DataPower to be visible on all of the relevant screens, such as the Technology screen, the SmartScape and the process details screen.
