1. MTMANUAL Access (1/2)

Access MTMANUAL with the following URL. https://cstip.doosanmachinetools.com/ You are prompted to provide the ID and password in the main screen as shown. ID is saved in MTMANUAL are added and managed by the administrator. Select a preferred in the Language list box under PASSWORD. You can select Korean, English or Chinese. The results of your search will be listed based on your selected language. User manual “MTMANUAL” is linked. Should there be any inquiries when using or during the initial use of the MTMANUAL, this manual can be downloaded or read. .

1. MTMANUAL Access (2/2)

The type of user ID and password of each are as follows. (General User) 1) User ID : ID used to access with a Doosan account 2) PASSWORD : Password used to access with a Doosan account 3) Change password : Provide a new password according to a change of the password for the email account every 3 months (Other overseas corporations, Except DMTC) 1)User ID : Unique ID granted to each corporation 2)PASSWORD : Default password (granted by the admin). You can change it once logged in. 3)Change password : Change the password in the [MY_PAGE] page of MTMANUAL (Foreign dealer) 1)User ID : Unique ID granted to each dealer 2)PASSWORD : Default password (granted by the admin). You can change it once logged in. 3)Change password : Change the password in the [MY_PAGE] page of MTMANUAL

When logged in, you will see the [Home] screen as shown. The home screen is divided into three part. 1) on the left side of the home screen is Machine Tools Model Category 2) the top of the home screen is search box 3) And the manual list is presented

The Model Category on the left side of the home screen is registered with the data, some sort of a folder. First of all, You have to choose and select the Model In order to find the Data. There are two ways to make search in MTMANUAL: using the Unified Search or using the Category. 1) To enter a keyword - When you click the magnifying glass boxes to display the model list popup as shown. Enter a keyword related to a desired Model. If you enter a keyword with at least one words, search will be performed on materials containing the word. If you use an English keyword, enter the keyword case-insensitively. 2) Find by category - You can use the category to find a desired Model Name instead of entering a keyword. The Model selection was successfully completed. It applied to the search results to right side of screen.

After model selection, above screens is shown. In this part of the section, You can search the manual that matches Machine serial number. 3) Enter the Machine serial number, and then Press Enter or Click the Search button. However, if not typing, nothing, result matched by Serial number 9999 gets shown by default.

Search result such as Manual type, NC type and Language type will be displayed. 4) Manual that matches the number is a blue box( ) from the list, and Grey box( ) is the closest recent Manual. If you want to see the manual that coincide 100 % by serial number and contrast, You need to click a blue box only. 5) Choose to manual from the result list, using the guideline 4).

When you click the manual box from the list, the view screen popup as shown. 1) You can see the table of contents on the left side of screen, and you can go to the page when you click each line. 2) The upper layers has various functions the button is. Such as File save, print, zoom in and out to the page. 3) By clicking mouse right button, you can select the additional functionalities. [Notes] If there is no permission for a file save and print, Each of the function button is not visible. (The default permissions are View only.) Please make an application for permission to a system supervisor.

Select the model and input the serial number. Search result such as Manual type, NC type and Language type will be displayed. If that is the parts books customized for specific equipment, it will be displayed in the format ‘PL_Machine Code’. 1) Click the manual box.

The option list applied that equipment will be displayed in new window. 2) Choose the option from the result list and then the file will be opened. 3) If you are uncomfortable with each of the options, click ‘Bundle File’ to open it with a bundle file.

When you click the manual box from the list, the view screen popup as shown. 1) You can see the table of contents on the right side of screen, and you can go to the page when you click each line. 2) The upper layers has various functions the button is.
