All welding in our plant is done by skilled welders withcritical welds tested using accepted nondestructive testingmethods. All steel is hot dip galvanized after fabrication andreturned to our plant for factory painting, if requested. This

combination of all solid members galvanizing, and factoryapplied paint insures you years of corrosion free operation.

All towers manufactured by MasterTowerare covered under a limited five (5) year warranty.

Bracketed/Guyed Towers

Bracketed/guyed towers are the most popular type of antenna towers. Theyare generally less expensive than self-supporting towers and some bracketedtowers don't require concrete as the base of the tower

Our guyed towers have varies face, pre-engineered, lightweight towers aredesigned to provide maximum strength. MasterTower's guyed tower kit

includes: complete tower steel and hardware complete guyingsystem anchor shafts foundation design drawings based on normal soil.

MasterTowerhas experience erecting all types of towers in all kinds ofconditions. We have supplied crews to erect towers nationwide. A typicaltower erection would include offload of tower materials and inventory of site,erection of tower steel, and installation of grounding system as required.

Self-Supporting Towers

Self-supporting towers don't need to be guyed or bracketed against abuilding. Because of this, they can be installed virtually anywhere. Self-supporting towers are supported entirely from their concrete base.

Engineer Certified Drawings

The permit package includes a profile drawing of the structure with member

sizes, descriptive notes, structural calculations, a table of supported

antennas, mounts, and feedlines, and a foundation sketch and calculations (if

applicable).

Tower Foundation

MasterTower has experience installing foundations for all types of towers. Allfoundations are designed in accordance with ANSI/TIA/EIA-222-F-1996, and

because of variances in site, soil, and weather conditions, the price listed is an estimate for budgetarypurposes only.

Soil Investigation

A soil investigation by a geotechnical engineering firm is recommended for each tower site to determine its

unique soil and physical characteristics, and to provide data to develop safe design parameters, economicalfoundation alternatives, and installation procedures.*ANSI/TIA/EIA-222-F-1996, "Structural Standards for Steel Antenna Towers and Antenna SupportingStructures". FAA Lighting Kit Obstruction lighting system options are available for your lighting requirements.We can provide you with red, medium intensity white, or dual medium intensityobstruction lighting systems. All systems comply with FAA Advisory Circular AC70/7460-1K.

Hot Dip Galvanized

Hot-dip galvanized steel has been effectively used for more than

150 years. The value of hot-dip galvanizing stems from the relative corrosion resistance of

zinc, which, under most service conditions, is considerably better than iron and steel. In

addition to forming a physical barrier against corrosion, zinc, applied as a hot-dip

galvanized coating, cathodically protects exposed steel. Furthermore, galvanizing for

protection of iron and steel is favored because of its low cost, the ease of application, and

the extended maintenance-free service that it provides..

E.I.A. Grounding Kits

These E.I.A. grounding kits provide the maximum

recommended by current ANSI/TIA/EIA-222-F-1996standards for guyed towers. This design allows currentto flow directly from the tower to the ground. Available withthree or six guy anchors, the kit includes allhardware required for attachment to tower legs.Exthermicwelding kits are available for your best lightningprotection system.

Cable Tension MeterMasterTower emphasized on the tension of guyed wire. The tension on guyedwire should be about 10% of its the maximum yield strength. Less than 7%

risks galloping of the guy wire and excessive tower movement in the wind ,Greater than 15 % risk guy wire vibration and reduced tower load capacity.Initial guy tension must be caculated and endrosed from the civil engineering
