„LEARNING BY EATING“
THE CHERRY MUFFIN PROJECT OF CLASS 9F

INGREDIENTS 250 gram flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 125 gram white sugar 1 package vanilla sugar 125 gram butter 3 eggs a tiny bit of salt 2-4 table spoons milk cherries (optional) 24 paper muffin liners muffin baking pan
Decoration: sugar powder cream …

PREPARATION: STEP 1
Preheat oven to
175°C
Put all ingredients
into a bowl and mix it
(except the milk)

STEP 2
Pour milk into the
bowl and stir
everything

STEP 3
Pour the muffin
batter into the
paper liners or
the muffin pan
(3/4 in each paper
liner/muffin pan)

STEP 4
Put cherries into
the muffin batter
(optional)

STEP 5
oven temperature: 175°C
baking time:
20 – 25 minutes

STEP 5
Decorate
your
muffins!!!!!
