IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Read the user manual carefully before using the product.Properly keep

this User Manual for future use.

Ignoring the instructions or incorrect operation may result in severe

accidents or other injuries.Make sure you will observe the instructions

below when using the product:

1. The power supply shall be AC220-240V~,50/60 Hz;check and make

sure your power supply is correct.

2. Make sure the socket has secure contact before using the product,

and no extension cable is allowed

3. The product shall be used together with the power cable and socket

delivered together with the product and don’t use other power

cable and socket.

4. Kids are not allowed to operate the product by themselves.Keep the

product out the reach of kids or infants.

5. Don’t use the product on or near to the surface with poor heat

resistance,such as carpet or plastic;don’t put anything which can be

damaged by the steam above the product.

6. Use the product on stable flat surface and keep it out of the reach of

kids or people with disturbance of consciousness to prevent

accidents.

7. Don’t press the keys with too much force, or the keys may be

damaged.

8. Don’t try to touch the steam going out the steam outlet on the

upper cover when the product is working,or you will get scalded.

9. Add water as appropriate according to the scale shown inside the

stew body, or the boiled water may splash out and get people

scalded.Do put on the glass cover when the stew is working.

10. When use the product for the first time,please add water to the max

water level and then heat to boil the water to clean the interior.The

boiled water should be discarded.

11. If it is found that the product is working without water,please add

water or unplug power supply. Do not touch the product’s any

heating elements,and housing or you will get scalded.

12. Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids for cleaning,or

accidents may happen.

13. If the power cable is damaged or torn, replace it with dedicated

cable or dedicated modules purchased from the manufacturer or

maintenance department.

14. When the product has faults,do not disassemble it by yourself to

prevent danger.

15. This appliance is for household use only,do not use outdoor.

16. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

17. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and aboveand persons with reduced physical,sensory or mental capabilities orlack of experience and knowledge if they have been givensupervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safeway and understand the hazards involved.

18. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and usermaintenance shall not be made by children without supervised.

19. If the supply cord is damaged,it must be replaced by the After-salesService Center or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid ahazard.

1. Soup Making

Put the food into the Electric Stew/Soup Pot

Add appropriate amount ofwater according to the marksshown on the inner surface ofthe stew /Soup pot (waterlevelnot higher than the max.Mark line)

2. Stew/Soup/Dessert/Porridge/Rice

Add the food to stew in theceramic pot plus appropriateamount of water.

Cover the ceramic lid

Note:Add the water so that itcan cover the food or slightlymore.Total volume of the foodand the water shall not exceed80% of the pot capacity.

3.Quick Steaming

Put the steamer rack into themain body.

Add appropriate amount of water,too much water may result inreaching the food when boiling.

Put the food on the steamer rack Connect to the power supply

4.Hotpot

Add appropriate amount of waterinto the electric stew/souppot,together with hotpot soup whilehotpot cooking.

Cover the glass cover correctly andconnect to the power supply.

Note:The total volume of thefood and the water shall notexceed the water level for“hotpot”shown inside the mainbody.

The hotpot soup is ready when the water is boiled and put the raw foodinto the electric stew /souppot for cooking.

Plug into the power supply to enter the standby mode and the controlpanel is lit up constantly and shows “OF”.Press “Preset timer”to enterthe preset time mode .Press“Function/Cancel”button to choose thedesired function.Press “+/-”button to set the time (“+/-”doesn’t work inthe standby mode).

Press “Preset Timer” button in the standby mode and the indicator of

timer flashes and shows the default time of “2.0”hours.Press “+” or

“-” to adjust the duration of timer,or you can long press the “+” or

“-” for quick increase/decrease.Therange can be set from 0.1hour-9.9

hours time. After setting the duration of timer, press the

“ Function/Cancel” button and now the indicator is lit up constantly,

which indicates successful setting of timer.You are now in the stage offunction selecting.The function of “soup”is switched on ,youcan chooseone of the function to finish the setting .The selected indicator lightsremain ON after the preset time and function are set.If there is no need

to set the timer,directly press “Function/Cancel” button to enter the

stage of function selecting.

In the standby mode or after setting the timer, you can press“Function/Cancel”button to enter the stage of function selecting.Pressthe “Function/Cancel”button to switch the function and the functionindicator flashes.Now,press “+”/“-”button to adjust the operation time.

Important Note:In the function of “Hotpot”,the digits shown on the

digit display is temperature.The temperature range can be set from

40-99℃.

2.Function Selecting

Stop the cooking process when pressing “Function/Cancel”button

The electric stew/soup pot starts working automatically in 10 secondsafter function selection.During operation process, the three buttons of

“Timer”,“+” and“-”don’t work until you press“Function/Cancel”button to stop the timer or steaming/cooking function and then enter intothe standby mode.

Note:If the function “Hotpot” is chosen,the buttons of “+” and “-”

can work normally even when the electric stew /soup pot is in the workingmode.

Attention:Please add water into the electric stew /soup pot according to instructionson water level,or the effects of cooking/stewing may be affected or injurymay be resulted from splashing boiling water;Prolong the working time if use the electric stew /soup pot at lowtemperature (below10oC)to guarantee best effect of stewing/cooking.

Sequence of function selecting is clockwise, that is, soup – stew with

pot – dessert – porridge/rice – quick steaming – hotpot –

keep warm – standby(OF).The temperature controller trips in case of excessive temperature when

the water dries up.Then,the panel shows “EO”and start beeping ,all the

keys don’t work.When the temperature drops or water is replenished,

the temperature controller resets and the control panel shows “EO” and

“OF” (alternatively)for several seconds,which is OK and the product

will later enter the standby mode and the panel shows “OF”.Then the

machine returns to normal working.

Trouble shooting

Note: Contact our after sales service center for assistance if the faultscannot be resolved with methods shown above.Never dissemble theproduct by unqualified personnel.

Faults Possible Reasons

Display does not light upon the panel

b. Inadequate water in the electric stew/souppot or too short time ofstewing/cooking.

Some keys don’twork/have no response

a. Read the User Manual carefully.

Cleaning and Maintenance1. Unplug the power cable from the socket immediately after use.

2. Clean the upper cover,the steamer rack,and the ceramic pot withdishwashing liquid and sponge.Don’t clean with hard steel wool,orthe surface of the pots or the upper cover may be damaged.

3. If the electric stew pot is dirty,wipe with a wet towel.Or usecleaning liquid,but do not have water contact with the machinepower position.Don’t immerse the electric stew pot in water forcleaning,or electric leakage or accident may happen.

4. Clean the product and put it in the packing box after drycompletely,keep the carton in a well ventilated and dry place if itwill not be used for long time to avoid humidity and impairedperformance.

5. Water scale can form when heating the food and it always depositson the inner wall and the bottom of the pot which may shorten theservice life of the product and affect the taste of food and thusneed to be removed in time.Generally water scale should beremoved twice a year (subjectto the quality of water);method:mixvinegar and water in the proportion of 1:2and add this mixture intothe electric stew /soup pot until reaching the max water level andheat to boiling.Keep the mixture in the body for 24 hours and thenpour out.Later,add clean water into the electric stew /souppotuntil reach the max level and heat to boiling again,thenpour outthe boiled water.

（2）無視該說明書或者操作失誤，都可能會造成重大事故或者其他傷

害的發生，所以，請遵循以下指示：

1.使用電源是 AC220-240V~,50/60 Hz,使用前請檢查電壓標準是否相符。

2.使用本產品時必須確定插座接觸良好，不可使用延長線。

3.產品應和配備的電源線插座使用，不能使用其他電源線插座。

4.請勿讓兒童單獨操作使用，要放在嬰幼兒不能觸及的地方。

5.不要在地毯、塑料等不耐熱的物體表面和附近使用本產品，會因蒸汽

受損的物體不要置於本產品上方。

6.使用時產品應放置於穩固平面上，不可將產品放置在兒童或無意識行

為認識可觸及的地方，以免發生意外。

7.操作按鍵時不可用力過猛，以防按鍵開關損壞。

8.產品工作時，不要觸碰從上蓋的蒸汽口噴出的蒸汽，以防燙傷。

9.加水時，請按照機體內水尺加入適量的水，以防沸水飛濺出來燙傷，

工作時必須蓋上玻璃蓋。

10.第一次使用時，應該加水到最大水位線，然後把水燒滾後倒掉不用，

以便清潔鍋體。

11.若產品啟動乾燒保護裝置，請往產品內加水或拔掉電源，此時切勿

用手觸摸鍋身和發熱體以防燙傷。

12.清潔時嚴禁將機體浸入水中或或其他液體中，以免發生危險。

13. 如電源線損壞時，必須於我司維修部買回專用組件來更換。

14.產品若出現任何故障，為了避免危險，請不要自行拆開機體。

15. 本產品只可作家庭用途，不能放置戶外使用。

16. 不可讓本產品作非指定用途使用。

17. 該電器可適用於 8 歲以上的兒童以及身體，感官或者智力能力下

降和缺乏經驗和知識的人群，他們使用該電器需要得到安全使用電器

的監督或者指導，並且瞭解所涉及的危險。

18. 成人應該指導小孩不可把玩此電器。

19. 定期檢查本產品的電源線。如果電源線損壞，必須由本公司售後服

務部或合格的電器技師更換，以避免危險。

接上電源後本機即進入待機狀態，操作面板常亮顯示“OF”.按“預約”

鍵來進行預約，按“功能/取消”鍵來直接進行功能選擇，按“+，-”

鍵來進行設定時間，待機狀態下按“+，-”鍵不起作用。

待機狀態下，按“預約”鍵，預約指示燈閃爍和顯示默認預約時間“2.0”

小時，此時按“+，-”鍵可調節預約時間長短，長按“+，-”鍵時可

快速增減時間，預約的範圍由 0.1小時至最長 9.9小時，設定好預約

時間後按下“功能/取消”鍵，此時預約指示燈常亮顯示，表示預約已

設定完成，同時進入功能選擇狀態。此時可選擇“煮湯”或其他功能

鍵完成預約功能設定。若選定功能及所需時間後待指示燈常亮才完成。

若不需要設定預約，或可直接按“功能/取消”鍵進入功能選擇狀態。

在待機狀態下或設置預約鍵後，按“功能/取消”鍵，則進入功能選擇

狀態，每按一下“功能/取消”鍵，切換對應功能，功能指示燈閃爍，

此時按“+，-”鍵可調節工作時間長短。

重要提示：火鍋功能，數碼顯示尺只會顯示可調節的溫度，不是時間

為單位，設定溫度範圍為 40 至 99 度。

3.完成功能選擇

工作過程中

停止設定需要按“功能/取消”鍵

功能選擇完成後，10 秒後自動進入設定好的工作狀態；在工作過程中，

“預約”鍵 “+，-”鍵不起作用，按“功能/取消”鍵，能夠停止預約

或燉煮工作，進入待機狀態。

注意提示：在火鍋功能工作過程中， “+”及“-”鍵仍可正常操作調

校溫度。

特別提醒：

1.往機體內加水時按照水尺指示加水，以免影響燉煮效果或水沸騰後溢

出傷人。

2.在低溫環境（10 ℃以下）燉煮時，請適當增加燉煮時間，以保證較

佳的燉煮效果

3.功能選項按順時針循環選擇，即：煮湯-隔水燉-甜品-粥/飯-快蒸-火鍋

-保溫-待機。

4.當水燒乾了，溫度過高時，溫控器會自行切斷，顯示屏“EO”顯示，

此時任何按鍵都失效，待溫度降低或機體加入水後，溫控器復位，顯

示屏會持續幾秒“EO”與“OF”交替閃動（此屬於正常現象），過後

產品會進入待機狀態，顯示屏“OF”顯示，並可正常工作。

機器故障

備註：經以上現象分析後仍無法排除故障，請與本公司售後服務部進

行協助，嚴禁非專業人員對本機自行拆卸！

清潔與維護1. 使用完畢後，請及時從電源插座上拔下電源插頭。

2. 玻璃上蓋、蒸架、陶瓷燉盅可用洗潔精和海綿清洗，請勿使用

硬質鋼絲清洗，以免損壞表面。

3. 機體内有污垢時，可用濕毛巾擦拭，或清潔液清洗，但不可有

水接觸機器電源位置。請切勿將機體放入水中清洗，以免漏電及

發生事故。

4. 產品長時間不使用時，請清潔擦凈，裝入包裝箱中，放於通風

和乾燥的地方，以免受潮，影響使用。

5. 水垢是加熱時自然形成的鈣質沈澱物，常粘附在鍋身內壁和底

部，會影響到產品的使用壽命以及食物處理的口感，應及時清除；

正常使用的情況下,壹年约清除 2 次（根據當地水質而定）；清除

方法：用醋和水按 1:2的比例混合裝入鍋內到最大水位，然後加熱

至沸騰，將混合液置放 24 小時，然後倒掉，再加入清水至最大水

位，加熱煮沸騰然後倒掉即可。
