LEARNERS HINTS:
• Keep instructions simple• Keep it Short!• Work in Small groups• Anticipate learners’ needs and difficulties• Make it social and fun• Use visuals, images and animations• Encourage a lively atmosphere• Create guided or embedded questions• But don’t replace your lecture by 10
knowledge clips• Get learners to help with classroom
management• Come to grips with the technology

• All participating NRENs gets there own Zoom sub account, I have just send 3 NREN’s to Zoom for provisioning of accounts!
• Collecting information from participating NRENs
• In a short time the participating NRENs should receive the Zoom sub-account admin information

• 4 Servers with the capacity to host 350 concurrent participants each!
• 1 server for remote admin

• Almost 700.000 Students, and 60.000 Staff and faculty is using this service to empower and widen education and collaboration both internally and externally
• This is the fastest growing service we have ever launched

• The service is growing a little faster than we anticipated and we now have a server count of 128 servers running the NORDUnet On-Prem Zoom service
• We have creating and implementing automated workflows for patching and upgrading.
• We are continuous adding new workflows and features
• We have implemented encryption on the entire service.
• NORDUnet has created customized monitor tools to ensure a problem free service delivery
• We are having monthly webinars to support the user community in how to facilitate on-line education
