Usage:

Adjusting the healtof the attachmets

Your attachments are equipped with a system foradjusting the height above the bottom of the bowlfor optimum results.

Press the release button to lift the multifunctionhead and insert the mixer blade, dough hook orwhisk.Hold it in position.Lower the head of the appliance with the releasebutton and press until a click is heard.Adjust the height by turning the shaft: adjust theaccessories to the ideal position.Lift the head of the appliance again, hold theMixer blade, Hook or whisk in position.Before using for the first time, clean all parts ofthe accessories with soapy water .rinse and dry.Place the appliance on a flat, clean and drysurface and then plug in your appliance.

Mixing/Kneading/Beating/Elulsifying/Whisking

Depending on the nature of the ingredients, thebowl with its cover can be used to prepare up to2.3 kg of dough.

Press button to the release the multifunction headand raise it to a vertical position.Fit the bowl onto the appliance by turning untitlocks in position and place the ingredients in it,weighting them as indicated under the weighingfunction.Position the cover on the head with the fillingopening at the front of the appliance.Fit the desired accessory in the power outlet,pushing the shaft of the accessory home and turnit a quarter turn towards you to lock it in position.Lower the multifunction head of the appliance tohorizontal position and press button again (a clickshould be heard).During preparation, you can add ingredientsthrough the opening the cover.To stop the appliance, turn the knob back to “0”position.

a-Using with the blender attachment:

Depending on the nature of the ingredients, theblender can be used to prepare up to 1.4L ofmixture.

Assembling and fitting the attachment.Assemble the blade assembly to the seal and lockit with a quarter turn clockwise into the bottom ofthe jug (the jug must be upright).Lower the multifunction heard of the appliance toa horizontal position and press release buttonagain (a click should be heard).Press release button for cover to open the cover.Ensure that the appliance is at a standstill beforelatching on the assembled blender.Fit the assembled blender and lock it in positionby turning it anticlockwise.Place the ingredients in the blender jug, weighingthem as indicated under the weighing functionand then fit the cover with the measuring plug.

CAUTION• Do not run the blender empty for more than 1minute.• Never fill the mixing jug with boiling fluids, youcould allow these to cool down to a roomtemperature. Otherwise, the appliance couldoverheat and the glass of the mixing jug couldcrack. • When you use the jug operate ice, youcould select nine ices each time and the every icesize is 40MM * 40MM * 20MM.

b-Using with the meat grinder attachment:

Assembling and fitting the attachment;

• Insert the worm shaft into the cutter housing, theplastic end first. Place the cutter unit onto the wormshaft. (The cutting edges should be at the front.)Place the fine grinding disc or coarse grinding disc(depending on the consistency you prefer) onto thewarm shaft. (Make sure the notch of the grindingdisc fit onto the projections of the mincer head.) Turnthe screw ring in the direction of the arrow on thecutter hosing until it is properly fastened.

CAUTION!

Insert the slice cutter orthe fine bar cutter intothe cutter housing.

Attach the cutter housingto the motor unit.

Now the appliance isready for slicing

Cut the potato or othervegetable for processingit to pieces, which sizeis suitable for cutterhousing.Choose the different kindof cutter as requested.Put the pieces into cutterhousing and pressslightly by pusher of thevegetable slicer.

(Note: Never press by finger.)

Take off the removable cover for meat grinderfrom the appliance.Place the meat grinder cutter housing to the poweroutlet for the meat grinder.By using the release button for cutter housing,turn the cutter housing of the meat grinder andlock it to the appliance.And finally, place the food tray and pusher.

• When you dissembled the meat grinder cutterhousing, you must press the release button forcutter housing.• Insert the pieces of meat in the feed tube pieceby piece using the pusher; never push the meatwith the finger or any other utensil.

CAUTION!

c-Using with the vegetable slicerattachment:

Cleaning of the Appliance;

Unplug the appliance.Never immerse the motor until in water or put itunder running water wipe it with a soft dry orslight damp cloth.For easier cleaning, quickly rinse the accessoriesafter use. Completely dismantle the mixerattachment. Handle the blades with care, as somehave sharp cutting edges.Wash , rinse and wipe the accessories or the canbe put in the dishwasher, except for the metalcomponents of the meat grinder attachment bodyfine grinding disc, medium grinding disc, wormshaft, cutter blade, coarse grinding disc and screwring.The grinding disc and the blade must be keptlubricated. Wipe them over with cooking oil aftereach use.If your accessories are discolored by food (carrots,oranges etc), rub them gently with kitchen toweldipped in cooking oil and then clean in the usualway.Blender assembly: pour hot water with a fewdrops of washing up liquid into the blender jug.Close the cover. Fit it on the appliance and givea few pulses. Remove the blender, rinse the jugunder running water and leave it upside down todry .for cleaning more difficult residues, especiallywith thicker preparations. The blade nut assemblycan be detached from the bottom of the jug, todo this, place the empty blender upside down ona flat surface, release the blade /nut assemblywith a quarter turn and lift out the seal with care.
