MULTIWASH is MCS new product for washing in rope form,created to follow the market of printed fabrics, living a signif-icant new growth linked to the stong expansion of digitalprinting machinery in recent years.Thanks to a long experience achieved with hundreds ofinstallations all over the world with ‘WRsoft’ rope washingmachines, MCS revised and optimised this type of solutionfocusing innovation on energy savings and flexibility inwashing.

MULTIWASH is the best possible solution for all kind of wash-ing processes either after traditional or digital printing orwherever frequent changes of process, article, type of printingor dyestuffs are required.MULTIWASH is dedicated to all those customers looking formax. Production flexibility and reduction of energy costs.

Multiwash is not been designed expressly for continuousbleaching, but it guarantees excellent performance even forthis type of process.

Malgrado non sia stata concepita espressamente per candeggioin continuo, Multiwash assicura ottime prestazioni anche perquesto tipo di processo.


TECHNICAL DATA

1) DWELL TIME MANAGEMENTIn order to adjust the U-box to the technolo-

gical cycles with different dwelltime values,the fabric content is managed via pro-gramming unit. Moreover, to achieve per-fect control over the fabric, each U-box isprovided with a load cell.

2) WORKING LEVELS3 working levels are foreseeen; set by pc

according to be process undertaken. The controlof liquor level inside the module is by means of a

pneumatic probe at conitnuous reading.

3) SQUEEZER GROUPThe squeezing effect in KG is to be adjusted accordingto the articles to be processed. Such a vlaue, expressed inKG, is set via pc.

4) LIQUOR REFILLING and LEVEL COTNROLEach module is equipped with liquor level control andrefilling of liquor with hot/cold water via independentlitrecounter to ensure maximum flexibility to the techno-logicla cycle chosen.

5) COUNTERFLOWSApart from natural counterflow, forced counterflows andrecirculations by pump are foreseen between the modulesto optimise water consumption according to the technolo-gical cycle to be carried out.

In EACH moudule, at low fabric content, 20washing flows are installed to ensure a very

high exchange of water with the fabric:essential feature in prewashing and rin-sing phases. Processing water content isvery low (150 lt): this small amount ofwater ensures a full recirculation of

washing liquor 6 times in a minute thanksto high delivery rate of the recirculation

pump.

The reduced amount of water guarantees a fast and con-trolled refillin of water itself.Such a characteristic is fundamental in case of washing offabrics with numerous shade variations and fabrics withdifferent percentages of coverage or whenever, generallyspeaking, there are risks of fabric contamination.

1) GESTIONE TEMPI DI PERMANENZAPer adattare l’ U-box ai cicli tecnologici contempi di permanenza diversi, il contenuto ditessuto viene gestito tramiteprogrammatore. Inoltre al fine di avere unperfetto controllo del contenuto deltessuto, è per ogni U-box una cella di carico.

2) LIVELLI DI LAVOROSono previsti 3 livelli di lavoro settabili da pca seconda della lavorazione che si sta svolgendo.La gestione del livello bagno all’interno del moduloavviene grazie ad una sonda pneumatica a lettura continua.

3) GRUPPO SPREMITORIPer il gruppo spremitore è prevista la gestione il valore dispremitura in Kg in funzione dell’articolo lavorati. Talevalore, espresso in kg e’ impostabile da pc a seconda del-l’articolo trattato.

4) REINTEGRO BAGNO E CONTROLLO LIVELLOOgni modulo prevede poi controllo di livello bagno e rein-tegro acqua calda\fredda con contalitri indipendente perdare massima flessibilità di scelta del ciclo tecnologico.

5) FLUSSI CONTROCORRENTEOltre ad un troppo pieno naturale è prevista la gestione dicontrocorrenti e ricircoli forzati via pompa tra i varimoduli per ottimizzare il consumo di acqua a seconda delciclo tecnologico da eseguire.

Ogni modulo a basso contenuto di tessuto sonopresenti 20 flow di lavaggio per avere unaltissimo interscambio con il tessutofondamentale nelle fasi di prelavaggio erisciacquo. Un contenuto minimo diacqua di processo (150 lt) assicura unricircolo totale dello stesso per 6 volte inun minuto grazie all‘alta portata dellapompa di ricircolo.

Il ridotto contenuto di acqua garantisce un rapido e con-trollato reintegro della stessa. Questa caratteristica risul-ta fondamentale durante il lavaggio di varianti a tonocolore e copertura diversa e dove genericamente, esisteun rischio di contaminazione del fondo del tessuto.

The main use of LAVAPRINT NEXT range is or washingafter printing of a wide range of articles dyed withreactive, disperse, indanthren, vat and acid dyestuffs.Apart from washing after printing, the LAVAPRINT NEXTcan also be employed for relaxation, washing, washingafter Pad-Batch bleaching, washing after Pad-Batchdyeing, washing after caustic soda treatments, etc.

L’impianto, sempre trattando vari articoli con bassatensione, riunisce in una sola soluzione tre funzioni oggiindispensabili per il lavaggio dopo stampa:• Impregnazione e stabilizzazione in largo• Rigonfiamento allo stato rilassato• Lavaggio intenso accompagnato da trattamenti come ossidazione e saponatura.

L’impiego prevalente della linea LAVAPRINT NEXT è pertrattamenti di lavaggio dopo stampa di svariati tipi diarticoli tinti con coloranti reattivi, dispersi, indanthren,

corrosione e acidi. Tuttavia ciò non ne precludealtri impieghi per bagni di rientro, lavaggio dopocandeggio Pad-Batch, lavaggio dopo tinturaPad-Batch, lavaggio dopo caustificazione.

Dosing of pure products and water controlin a washing line

The CONT-DOSING system is a system managed by a PCcommunicating with a PLC which can control up to 8dosing pumps and 8 water inlets.Installed dosing pumps are with pneumatic piston atdouble effect. Pump control frequency values are calcu-lated so as to avoid sudden changes in the concentra-tion of the bath.Therefore, the system is fully automatic and the opera-tor’s action is only required when the system asks forthe replacement of empty containers. The microproces-

sor is enabled to perform either the dosing by pre-setlitres or the dosing of the products as a function of thekilograms of fabrics entered into the ma-chine.

The main features are:PLC and touch-screen operation panel PCTE.Stainless steel dosing pumps.Back-pressure valves.Line speed detection transducer. Suction from dums system.

CONT-DOSING

Dosaggio di prodotti puri e controllo acqua sulinea lavaggio

Il sistema CONT-DOSING è un sistema gestito da unPC in comunicazione con un PLC; può comandare finoa 8 pompe dosatrici e controllare fino a 8 ingressid’acqua.Le pompe dosatrici usate sono a pistone pneumatico adoppio effetto. La frequenza di comando delle pompeè calcolata in modo da evitare repentine variazionidella concentrazione del bagno.

Il sistema è quindi completamente automatico e limi-ta l’intervento dell’operatore alla sola sostituzione deicontenitori vuoti su informazione del sistema stesso.Il microprocessore è abilitato sia per il dosaggio a litriprogrammati, sia per il dosaggio dei prodotti in fun-zione dei Kg di tessuto immessi in macchina.

Le principali caratteristiche sono:• PLC e pannello operatore touch-screen PCTE.• Pompe dosatrici in acciaio. • Valvole di contropressione.• Trasduttore rivelazione velocità linea.• Prelievo da fusti.
