My business is going to be a shop of clothes , my objective is going to be , to start inserting a new style to wear here , in Spain . In our shop we are going to offer a new style that we dont have seen so much here , the style that I want to insert is WILDFOX , this style is very common in EE.UU and England , but here we dont have any option to buy this type of clothes , so for that reason , i want to offer to all the teenagers the opportunity to buy this type pf style , because it will be nice to have another style of clothes to wear , in this way the people will can wear different things because today everybody is wearing a lot of same things .

At first is going to be a small shop but I hope that the shop will be growing in this way we will can open new shops in different places of Basque Country and little by little in all Spain .

PRODUCT

The product that i am going to offer to all the people is a new style that everybody is wearing now a day in United States and England . It is a very famous style but we cant see or buy this type of clothes here in Spain and less in Basque Country , for that reason i think that my shop that it will be in Donostia San Sebastian will can go growing .Now a day everybody wears the same style of clothes and you cant wear new things that nobody have it before , and this style is becaming so boring and everybody wears the same things , and you have to look what they are wearing or what do they wear , to dont buy the same things of them .

So for that reason i think that to open a new shop that contains a different style it will be nice , because the people will have more opportunity to wear , and that clothes it will be the clothes that their favorite famous wear . So the clothes that you can find in the magazine . And all the teenagers want that to wear the things that their favorite stars wear it .

It will be a good idea to open a shop of this type because it can give another point of view to the style that we wear most of the days .

POTENTIAL MARKET

The style that we are going to offer its going to be for teenagers or the people that is between 17 30 but also the people that wants to buy in our shop it will be free . At first my shop is going to a small but I hope that the people it will like this style and that our shop it will go growing and to finish with more shops than one .

That shop it will be situate in Donostia San Sebastian , Street Fuentabrria . That most competitors that I will have it will be ZARA , MANGO , STRADIVARIUS , BERSKHA etc, the shops that are in style and the most people buy their things there . The difference that we have with the other shops is that the style of that shops are seen and our style is new .

We think that is a good idea to include a new style because now all the people wears the same things , for that reason is a good idea to open new shop with a new style because the people wants to test new style and different things to wear .

At first we now that for the people it will be unusual the style that we sell butu for the moment that someone prove our style is going to love it an d all the people that see her , it will want to wear her new clothes . So we dont have hesitate that our shop is going to work an that he people is going to love it . I think that little by little our shop you will can find it around all Spain , but at first our first shoo it will be localitate in Donosti - San Sebastian .

Our want to get to oen a new shop in Vitoria Gasteiz if the shop ofDonostia San Sebastian work as much us we want but we think that we will get that objective , because the teenagers will love our clothes and style .

The logo that we are going to use is The new style , your own style , be choose that logo because wildfox is the new style that is going to be in Spain , and the thing that we want to obtain that this new style , to convert in the style of the people here , because in EE.UU this style is very famous between the famous people .

At first the prize of the products it will be cheaper , but if the sales are going good , the prize it will be higher because the clothes that we are going to offer are going to be from EE.UU and it is so expensive to take here the clothes form there .

I will only want to have a person to help me , because the shop it will be a small one , when the shop start growing , I will find new people to help in the work , but at first I only want a person .

This person it have to at less 18 years old , if you don t have 18 years old you cant work in this shop .

The persons that will work with me , it have to have unless the graduet , but if she have the college it will have more opportunity to work with us .

She has to be pen to communicated with the people that came to buy in the shop , and to help them but they have to choose to wear .

If she has more experience in more shop it will be better , but if you dont have got that experience dont worry because it inst to much important .

For me the most important thing is that she has to be open with the people and talk with them asking if they need help or choosing the clothes that they need .

FUNDING

My business is going to be a autonomy , shop . We will be three fiends , to star having a place to open the shop we will ask for a loan , and then at frist we will start working only the three people and if we see that the business is going good ,. we will take another person .

At first we will have to start working so hard because we have return the loan that the bank give to , and because the clothes that we are going to sell are going to be from EE. UU and that is very expensive .
