SUMMARY This concern describes a customer and user situation that can be found

quite often at customers. It includes on the one hand a customer

environment that is almost up-to-date, maybe not in terms of the activated

applications, but from a technical viewpoint. On the other hand the user

does not benefit from the latest technical enhancements.

While the user which uses SAP GUI for Windows might be nearly happy

with the user interfaces and the user experience, there is still the concern

of "how to get my user more productive". <more>
