“ ENTER HIS GATES WITH THANKSGIVING”

PSALM 100:4-5 The womb to every year can opened and accessed by thanksgiving as the password. You must use the right

password to open the womb of the year if you are to enjoy the benefits that it offers. the password is

simply thanksgiving. We all know that that the year is officially opened by the month of January; so it important to start this year with Thanksgiving to God.

This is necessary in order to enjoy the maximum benefits that the New Year will bring; we have to show

to God that we are grateful for all His benefits and miracles of the past years.

How we start the year will determine the blessings and benefits we will get throughout the New Year

It's important that we cast our minds back to the year that has just ended and show our gratitude to God

for all He did for us.

We must employ the power of thanksgiving if we are to continue enjoying His provisions in the New Year.

Psalm 136:1-6 -Thanksgiving becomes a necessity if we really know our God and we want to court His

favour over our lives, family and endeavour in the coming year.

To enter His gates, we must come with thanksgiving, show God that you are thankful indeed for life, family and work.

As you open His gates with thanksgiving, then you can now proceed into His court, and then enjoy the

benefits His house will offer.

A person standing outside the house or occasional visitors to God's house cannot benefit from the

blessings that are made available there.

We must cultivate a habit of praise this year.

Thanksgiving is an act of being grateful to God for what God has done for you and your family; act of being

grateful for the benefits we have received from Him and being grateful for favours God has bestowed upon

us.

It is an Expression of thanks to God who took many of us from the position of obscurity to His marvellous light.

It is acknowledging that only God can give these blessings to us to enjoy.

It's about being grateful to God for keeping us alive

It is for His hands of mercy upon our lives and our family.

It is learning to praise this God who is The Lord of lords and King of all kings.

It is a recognition that we are in the New Year purely because of His grace and mercy shown to us.

Why do we give thanks to God?

He has kept us all alive and well.

Our hour of freedom is conceived in our thanksgiving. Psalm 50:23

Thanksgiving produces multiplication, when you thank God, your blessings multiply, your joy multiplies, and your peace multiplies. John 6:10-11

He takes pleasure in your thanksgiving Psalm 147:1

Psalm 30:1. When you magnify the Lord, He will lift you up and would not allow your enemies to rejoice

over you.

Thanksgiving is God's reason to change a man's position.

If you want your position to change for the best in 2017, employ the weapon of thanksgiving. Romans

4:20

Thanksgiving is honouring God, and when you honour God, you will make progress in life.

Proverbs 3:9-10 Thanksgiving is a seed that brings the harvest of abundance Psalm 37:11

When you sow a seed of thanksgiving, you can reap a harvest of blessings

Thanksgiving is warfare, the pathway to easy victory. Psalm 144:1

If you truly want to be victorious in this New Year, the best way forward is through constant thanksgiving

Thanksgiving makes your destiny manifest. 2 Corinthians 2:14

Thanksgiving will reveal your future

It is recognising that God is in charge, no man is in charge of your life. Psalm 71:6.

When you begin to thank God, those who think they are in charge of your life will soon discover that God

is the one in charge of your life.

It is knowing that God is still in Control, nothing else can smash the key to your prison like thanksgiving When you begin to thank and magnify God, Prison doors will have to open up of their own accord.

When you really begin to magnify God, prison doors are smash open Psalm 142:7

Heaven’s gate must obey your voice as heaven’s gate recognises the voice of thanksgiving.

Acts 16:25-26 - When they began to praise God, something happened in heaven that broke the gate of

prison for Paul and Silas

Thanksgiving makes Satan sad Genesis 4:5-6

Signs and wonders follow you when you make thanksgiving your lifestyle

Wake up in the morning and do it. Praise the Lord that honours you and gives you life, strength, food and

shelter.

Remember the God that gives you healthy organs, and does not allow your enemies to catch up with you. If you want an impossible situation to turn around, start to give thanks 2 Chronicles 20:22

When you stop praising God, your blessings stop, Psalm 29:2

Thanksgiving is that invisible weapon against Satan; it's a weapon that Satan does not understand.

Thanksgiving gives Satan paralysis. 1 Thessalonians 5:18

It is a key to qualitative breakthrough, it will open doors that nothing else can open 1 Chronicles 14:11

Thanksgiving inject life into a dead situation. Romans 4:17-20

The best way to torment Satan is to give God the highest praise, when you don't give the devil an

attention, he flees. Psalm 149:6-8

When you thank God for yesterday, you receive a new thing for today, Lamentation 3:22-23

When you give thanks to God, you trigger favour, supernatural provisions and help from above. When you give thanks to God, you trigger blessings, victory and breakthrough etc. Psalm 5:12

When a man stops thanking God, he starts going down. Psalm 44:5

You cannot thank God and go down.

If you want your tank to be full, be thankful

If you don't thank Him today, there can be no blessings tomorrow. Psalm 34:1

It's a sign that you trust Him and a proof that your mind is on Him

Unlimited thanksgiving will give unlimited breakthrough 2 Chronicles 20:22

Thanksgiving bring you into unlimited favour, unlimited testimonies, and unlimited breakthrough

Continuous praise demoralises Satan, It reduces Satan to nothingness in your life. A man who stops appreciating God will start deprecating in life Psalm 49:14

Thanksgiving is the key that will make hell to get diarrhoea and sickness over your matter. Psalm 71:6

Even in the midst of famine, you will still have a testimony.

You make the devil angry when you thank God. Psalm 149:6-9

Nothing paralyses Satan more than praising God.

When your praise goes up, Glory of God comes down, there will be a quick divine answer.

Something has to happen, when God arises.

Until you thank God for food, your menu cannot change. John 6:7

As you begin to thank God for the little food, your menu will change, your testimony will change, favour

will manifest. Exalt God and you too will be lifted Psalm 30:1 Thanks givers never beg, they simply call and they live in the midst of abundance.

The best food you can give to God is thankfulness

Psalm 107:1-3

Praise Him when you are in the midst of battles and raging warfare.

Praise Him as a weapon to meet the next attack

Praise Him as a tool that will take you out of the dungeon of problem

Praise Him when you need to experience His presence

Praise Him and God will make your home His residence in this New Year.

Let all that has breath, praise the Lord!!!'

Do you go to church?

A friend was in front of me coming out of church one day, and the preacher

was standing at the door as he always is to shake hands. He grabbed my friend

by the hand and pulled him aside.

The Pastor said to him, "You need to join the Army of the Lord!"

My friend replied, "I'm already in the Army of the Lord, Pastor."

Pastor questioned, "How come I don't see you except at Christmas and Easter?"

He whispered back, "I'm in the secret service.

Painting church

It seems that there was a little old church out in the countryside: painted white and with a

high steeple.

One Sunday, Bro Jack noticed that the church needed painting. He checked out the Sunday

ads and found a paint sale. The next day, he went into town and bought a gallon of white paint.

He went back out to the church and began the job.

He got done with the first side. It was looking great. But he noticed he had already used a half

gallon. He didn't want to run back in town and being the creative person that he was, he

found a gallon of thinner in the shed out back, and began to thin his paint.

It worked out great. He finished the remaining three sides with that last half gallon of paint.

That night, it rained: it rained hard. The next morning when he stepped outside of the parson-

age to admire his work, he saw that the first side was looking great, but that the paint on the

other three sides had washed away.

The pastor looked up in sky in anguish and cried out, "What shall I do?"

A voice came back from the heavens saying, "Repaint, and thin no more!"

How To Get To Heaven

A teacher asked the children in her Sunday School class, "If I sold my house and my car, had a

big garage sale and gave all my money to the church, would I get into heaven?"

"NO!" the children all answered.

"If I cleaned the church every day, mowed the yard, and kept everything neat and tidy, would I

get into heaven?"

Again, the answer was "NO!"

"Well," she continued, "then how can I get to heaven?"

In the back of the room, a five-year-old boy shouted out, "You got to be

dead!"
