Introduction

This module is aimed at existing users of the Portal

It covers how to review and update the master data held by us

for your company

Main Login Page

Enter your User name and password that you created and activated in the registration process.

This will take you to the Portal Home Page.

If you do not have access to the Portal click on Create New Account and complete the registration process.

On the left hand side of the screen, you will see the section called “Manage Supplier Profile”.

Use this link to view and update your company details, or submit new information.

When you click on Edit/Update profile, you will see your company name listed.

Click on the company name hyperlink (see highlighted box), to view and begin updating details.

The contacts page reflects the details of the contact people or groups in your company.

You have the option to have one or multiple contacts.

Click on “Add New Contact” to create a new entry.

Old or Out of Date contacts can be removed by clicking on Remove Contact.

If you need to remove a contact, click on the check box to select it, then click on “remove contact”.

When finished entering the contacts, click on “Proceed to next” button as highlighted above.

In the Supplier Details section, you can enter the primary address for your company.

All fields that can be edited will be shown with a data entry box beside them. If the field has no data entry box beside it, that means that you cannot enter this data yourself. It will be entered by our master data maintenance team, when your details are validated.

Click Proceed to Next button when finished.

In this section, you will see the location for your company.

You do not need to take further action here.

In this Attachments section, you will be able to add any documents required as backup for your master data changed. For example,you might need to upload a PDF file showing your companies VAT number and Billing details.

Click on “Add New Attachment” to add a file.

Click Proceed to Next button when finished.

If there are no comments for you, just move to the next section by clicking on “Review Profile Errors” in the left hand menu.

If any errors are highlighted in red, you must correct them before proceeding.

Click Proceed to Next button when finished.
