Prof. William Verdini taught us Operations and Supply Chain Management. We liked his course mainly because he gave us an insight into the world of Logistics and Operations.
Prof. Verdini is a DBA from Kent State University. He was Chair of Supply Chain Management at Arizona State University, Phoenix, Arizona. His academic interests include Operations, Supply Chain, Innovation, Statistics and Small Business Leadership, and Entrepreneurship.
He has consulted on operations issues for Intel, Google, Wal-Mart and Qatar Foundation among other organizations. He is Associate Dean at MYRA.
Prof. Abhinanda Sarkar taught usData Analytics. He brings practical examples from the industry to supplement classroom learning.
Prof. Sarkar is a Ph.D. in Statistics (with a minor in Economics) from Stanford University. He taught Applied Mathematics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for several years while pursuing research interests in time-frequency methods in stock prices and mutual fund ranking dynamics.
While at IBM Research, he received invention achievement awards for his work on pricing of e-commerce services. He is Associate Dean at MYRA.
Prof. Wolfgang Messner taught usInternational Business and Customer Service Operations and Excellence. Highly organized and pays attention to details.
Prof. Messner holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Kassel an M.B.A. in Financial Management from the University of Wales.
Prof. Messner undertakes research in the area of Intercultural communication, gives keynote presentations, runs workshops, and consults globally on challenges of international business transformation, management, and leadership. He is Professor of International Management at MYRA.
Prof. Mohan Gopalakrishnan taught us Supply Chain Management. Practical examples and simulations are his forte.
Prof. Gopalakrishnan is a Ph.D. from University of Alabama. His research focuses on supply-chain risk-management, NGO operations management, technology capacity management, product design and target costing, and manufacturing planning and control.
He has consulted for CII, India Nippon Electricals, Garuda Airlines, Tunis-Air, Pratt & Whitney, Monsanto Chemicals, Bombardier, American Express, Honeywell, Phoenix, and PETsMART.

Prof. Raghu Santanam taught us Information Systems. He developed in us an eye for process reengineering.
Prof. Santanam is a M.S. from State University of New York at Buffalo (computer science); and Ph.D. from State University of New York at Buffalo.
His research interests are in Business Process Change, Health IT (EMR and PHR), Consumer Information Systems, and Information Economics. His contributions to the field have been recognized with numerous awards which include the Associate Editor of the Year Award 2011 – Information Systems Research, Faculty Research Award 2003-2007.
Prof. Sreedhar Bharath taught us Corporate Finance. He gave academic rigor a new meaning and laid a strong foundation for us in Finance .
Prof. Bharath holds a MBA from IIM – Ahmedabad, and a Ph.D. in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
His teaching experience spans courses in Financial Management, Banks and Financial Institutions, Corporate Finance, and Investment Banking and Project Appraisal. In 2009, he was nominated for the Best MBA teacher of the year award. He has consulted for JP Morgan, New York as well as UBS.
Prof. Radha Radhakrishnan taught us Financial Accounting. He taught us accounting through practice .
Prof. Radhakrishnan is a MBA from IIM – Calcutta, and an MA and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. He bringsover 17 years of executive-level industry experience to the classroom and most recently was Director at UBS Investment Bank,New York.
He also has a distinguished teaching record – having been Assistant Professor of Accounting at Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota – where he was named Outstanding Teacher and nominated for Teacher of the Year.
Prof. Raghavendra Rau taught us Advance Finance. He showed us why debt is not bad for a company.
Prof. Rau is a PGDM from IIM - Bangalore, and a Masters and a Ph.D. from INSEAD. He was Principal at Barclays Global Investors. His research has frequently been covered by the popular press and is a member of the Cambridge Corporate Governance Network (CCGN).
He is Co-Editor of Financial Management, and an Associate Editor of the International Review of Finance and the Quarterly Journal of Finance.

Prof. Govind Iyer taught us Managerial Accounting. He made accounting fun to work with.
Prof. Iyer is a Ph.D. from Georgia State University. A Professor of Accounting in the College of Business, University of North Texas, Dr Iyer teaches Federal Income Taxation.
His primary research interests include the areas of auditing, managerial accounting, information systems, and taxation. He has published numerous articles in a variety of journals such as the National Tax Journal, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy among others.
Prof. Minu Ipe taught us Leadership. She taught us how great leadership leads to great business success .
Prof. Ipe is a an M.A from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. She is the Clinical Associate Professor of Management as well as the Faculty Director of W.P. Carey Evening MBA.
Her recent work deals with inter-agency collaboration during emergencies, knowledge sharing in businesses, and organizational issues in the US health care system.
Prof. Pulak Ghosh taught us Probability and Statistics. He presented complicated quantitative concepts in an easy to understand manner.
Prof. Ghosh is a Ph.D. in Statistics, Oakland University, Michigan and teaches Quantitative Methods and Information Systems. His areas of research include, Quantitative Finance, Quantitative Marketing, Biostatistics, Clinical Trials, Bayesian Nonparametric and Political Science Data.
His recent consulting projects are with International Marketing Research Bureau (IMRB) and Novartis Pharmaceuticals.
Prof. Nagananda Kumar taught us Corporate Strategy. He taught us to think and do strategy.
Prof. Kumar is Fellow from IIM - Ahmedabad.
Prof. Kumar brings 27 years of diverse work experience across industry and academia. He worked as Director HR and Corporate Coach at Lowe Lintas, Mumbai, Professor of Strategy at MDI, Gurgaon; and General Manager at Mudra Communications. In the US, he consulted for Fortune 100 companies like Exxon and General Motors and taught at Pepperdine University. He is Professor of Strategy and Human Resources and Executive Director at MYRA.
