    Ref. No.: NF/R&D/ATCS/2011-12/ Dated: December 12, 2011

    TO,

    THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE

    SELECT URBAN COOPERATIVE BANKS

BANCASSURANCE CONSULTANCY AND TRAINING PROPOSAL FOR

    MEMBERBANKS

    Dear Sir,

In association with ARTHASHAY, we are pleased to propose a customized

engagement with the member banks, specifically aimed at maximizing BancassuranceRevenue for the remaining four months of FY 2011-12. By now all of you must be wel

aware about the Bancassurance Committee Report as well the draft regulation for

Bancassurance Agents released on 24th November 2011. In view of the dynamically

changing regulatory environment and the resulting complexity in Bancassurance

Operations, we earnestly wish to offer every possible help to our members.

The key highlights of the proposal are:

    1. Provision of professional consultancy to the member banks without any consultationcharges. The detailed scope of consultancy is attached herewith.

    2. At least one training session for the senior management comprising BOD, CEO /MD, GM, Training / HR Head and CIEs focusing on strategic, compliance and

structural issues related to Bancassurance. We also would thoroughly analyze the

new regulations for your better understanding. This would be a two day program.

    3. At least one training session for the operating staff comprising SPs, Branchmanagers, Regional Coordinators and select branch staff. The session would aim to

cover entire gamut of Bancassurance distribution including sales, administration,

MIS, Team management, reward & recognition, HNI handling, compliance etc

These front end executives need to be the driving force of Bancassurance business

and hence should be trained to the best of potential. The duration for this program

    would be for 3 days.

For the banks, having their own training infrastructure, the sessions would be

conducted at respective facilities. This will maximize the impact of training and minimize

    the overall training cost.
