What happen in Spain?

Spain, does not know that to be successful in business you need a good monitoring.

We lag behind other countries like France UK

Four years ago we had a bad habit in Spain. All IT companies had ITIL methodology, and the idea started changing monitoring.

The secret is in the design

They have to design what is needed to monitor, as will be monitored and if we do miss a warning

Most people, the early years only the hardware monitoring forgetting the business layer

We were doing the work incomplete

At first companies risked only used it for basic stuff .... CPU, memory .. DISKand important things as they used HP, Compuware ....

Conclusions

Lack of qualified professionals for monitoring equipment, there are very good managers, developers, but there are very few people with a global vision

Spanish people think there is not enough documentation and there should be more in Spanish.

The negative point is that we have problems of configuration

I would like to say next year we made progress, but the reality is we're still behind countries like France, Germany or the UK with free software monitoring companies
