Judging process

Initial Screening

Interviews Announcement

Each application will be read by a panel of judges and shortlisted based on quality, depth and completeness of the nomination. The top 200 applications will be selected for the next phase.

A team of two judges will interview each shortlisted applicant and assign scores on seven clearly defined parameters.

CFO India team will compile the scores and arrive at the final score for each candidate.

The compiled list of winners will be shared with all the jury members to get a final confirmation on all the names.

All winners will then be informed and invited to the grand felicitation ceremony and gala dinner.
