Summary NANPA 2003Annual Performance Survey

• Continued use of previous rating scale: Exceeded; More than Met; Met; Sometimes Met; Not Met;

• Revised a few questions to focus on current NANPA administrative activities and functions

• Continued to encourage written suggestions, explanations and/or comments

• Draft survey and cover letter are attached for NANC review and approval to begin distribution


Status PA Performance Review

• Draft PA survey presented at the September NANC circulated to NARUC members for comment

• Working with the FCC procurement officer on performance review process modifications in order to obtain direction to proceed

• Will solicit survey input from the PA once FCC approval provided to the NOWG

• Will request NANC survey and process approval once final direction to proceed has been provided by the FCC
