The conference room rates are $129/night (for king or dbl bed) plus applicable taxes and will be guaranteed for reservations made by September 1. C o n t i n u i n g E d u c a t i o n I n f o r m a t i o n Intended Audience The target audience is pharmacists, regardless of their practice setting. Other health-care professionals who wish to expand their knowledge in the scheduled topics are welcome to register for the program as well. Attendance and Completion Each session is designed as a single continuing education unit and may not be broken because of continuity of the educational entity. You can attend the session(s) you want; however, credit will only be given for the session(s) that you attend and complete. The entire session must be attended to receive credit. Additionally, participants must sign-in and complete each attended session. Records and Certificates For each session completed, a Statement of Credit will be mailed to each participant. Also, a permanent record will be filed at the Continuing Education office. After the end of the calendar year, an Annual Statement of Credit will be mailed to each participant. Continuing Education Contact Hours (Credit) Each session has been approved by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy for the specified hours of Continuing Education contact hours and is acceptable with other state boards of pharmacy requiring continuing pharmacy education by ACPE providers. The Southwestern Pharmacy Alumni Foundation, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.

Meeting Room Location and Dress Attire The location of the Continuing Education meeting room will be at the Courtyard Marriott Nashville Downtown in the Exchange Ballroom. Casual attire at the CE sessions is appropriate (feel free to leave your business suits at home), but keep in mind that meeting room temperatures are unpredictable (bring a jacket or sweater, just in case).
