PREFACE

For some of you your AIESEC experience has just started, for others this will be the start of the second half of your term. Either way, today is a start of something! What things have your already learned? And more importantly, what are you still planning to le-arn in the upcoming months? What goals have you set for yourself? When do you feel that you have been successful?

You might wonder why these questions are important, but as-king yourself these questions is what can make your term succes-sful. I hope that you will come to our national conference with your own answers to these questions, so that you know who you want to meet, what you want to share and which sessions you want to attend. In that way you are able to get the most out of this conference!

So how do we achieve our goals? We believe one thing can make

the difference between a good term, and a great term; by wor-king together! That is why the theme of the second term is:

LEAD THE CHANGETogether we achieve!

Lets make use of our national net-work and work together towards a successful 2013. There are already so many great examples on how to move forward in our organization. Let’s share our knowledge and multiply the impact we can have!

Are you ready for an amazing NatCo II?

We definitely are!

Dear members of AIESEC The Netherlands,

We are very much looking forward to seeing you!

MC AIESEC THE NETHERLANDS 2012/2013

OBJECTIVES NATCO II

1. Getting you informed about the strategic direction of our organization

2. Providing you the space to connect with your functional and national networks.

3. Offering you a platform to develop your per-sonal and functional skills and knowledge base with professional workshops.

4. Assuring that you are ready to kick-start your term or are fired up for the last couple of months with AIESEC.

EXPECTATION SETTING

Like NatCo I, NatCo II will be a mind-blowing experience during which you can gain both new personal and functional skills through professional workshops as well as broaden your network. In addition, you probably already know that every single AIESEC party is an unforgettable one, as such the NatCo parties are not an exception! However, a party is not a party without you being present! As an AIESEC delegate for NatCo II we expect your full participati-on (play hard, work harder) so be on time on both days. In addition, stick to the given dresscode and as a member contribute to an open le-arning environment also implying that we respect the beautiful venue.

But, most of all, enjoy this great AIESEC experience! This is your chance to learn, become inspired and inspire others, meet your fel-low colleagues from other cities and broaden your AIESEC year. So...... grab this opportunity!

Some remaining remarks:

DepartureOn the second day we will end the conference at 17:30-18:00 pm.

DRESSCODE

The dresscode for both days will be business casual. Business casual is crisp, neat and should look appropriate. It should not look like a cocktail party or picnic attire. Avoid tight or baggy clothing; business casual is classic rather than trendy. Khaki/ dark pants or knee-long skirts and a long-sleeved, buttoned solid shirt and blazer are safe for both men and women. Women can wear neat sweaters coordinated with the outfit; cleavage is not business-appropriate. Wear a belt and neat shoes to complement the outfit. Athletic shoes are not suitable.

PARTY THEME

Utter the word festival and so many great events spring to mind... Queensday.. Sensation White... Full Moon Party... Brazilian Carna-val.. Oktoberfest...

Festivals have become a favourite worldwide pastime, popping up all over the world in various guises, shapes and sizes. So if you’ve got something to celebrate what better way to do it than with your very own mini-festival?

We chose a festival for you and your LC to be over the top, crazy and original! Show us what you got and don´t hold back!
