The FCC is charged with creating the National Broadband Plan. This presentation was made by Bill Schrier, Chief Technology Officer for the City of Seattle,at an FCC-sponsored workshop held in Washington DC on 25 August 2009. Schrier also represented the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials, International (APCO).
