Preface

This volume of Proceeding constitutes the collection of papers of the National

Conference on Networking and Communication Systems 2013 held on February

22nd

, 2013 at the Department of Information Technology, Excel Engineering

College, Komarapalayam.

NCS 13 is a national event for researchers, academicians and industry

professionals in bringing together the latest development in networking and

communication designs. Networking and Communication systems are the

backbone of the global IT community. Especially, the networking communication

systems provide the essential technical services enabling to meet the economic and

social needs.

At the very first, NCS conducted by the Department, We have received around

250 papers for the conference. Each paper has been reviewed by more than 2

reviewers and selected 100 papers for the presentation.

We thank all authors who have submitted papers for this conference and we

hope that the comments of the reviewers have been constructive and encouraging

for all the authors.

Given the large number of proof reading and the heavy responsibility, we would

like to thank all

Members of the program committee and additional reviewers for their

evaluation work and feedback they provided to the authors.

We place our gratitude on record for Bonfring, Coimbatore for the publication

of the proceedings in two separate Volumes, I and II of NCS13 into its perfect

shape.

We whole heartedly thank all the technical sponsors for their support to make

this national conference a grand success.

Finally, we thank the Management, Principal, Dean, Students and the entire

faculty team of Department of Information Technology for their co-operation in

the success of this National Conference.
