Invitation of Public Comments
SUB: Proposal for seeking. permission for overhead crossing at Km 114+*705 of NH-754K in the section Sanchor-Santalpur of NH-754K for construction of 765 KY D/C Lakadia- Banaskantah Transmission Line (Bharatmala Road Project) in the state of Gujarat.

The Project Director, NHAI, PIU-Gandhidham vide letter u/ref.(1) has recommended the
subjected proposal as submitted by M/s. Lakadia-Banaskantha Transco Ltd vide their letter u/ref.(2) for seeking permission for overhead crossing at Km _114+705 of NH-754K in the section Sanchor-Santalpur_of NH-754K for construction of 765 KV D/C Lakadia-Banaskantah Transmission Line (Bharatmala Road Project) in the state of Gujarat.
ky Now, as per Ministry vide OM No. RW/NH-33044/29/2015/S&R(R) dt.22.11.2016, the
Highway Administration will make available the proposal seeking permission for utility laying for public comments for 30 days on the ground of general public interest for seeking claims
and objections.
3, In view of above, the comments of public are herby invited on the captioned proposal and the same should reach to the below mentioned address till 10.11.2020 beyond which no comments will be considered.

PD-NHAI, PIU-Palanpur (Gandhidham): For information and with request to work out the license fees amount and Performance Bank Guarantee amount as per site conditions and Para-5 of the MoRT&H guidelines No. RW/NH- 33044/29/2015/ S@R(R) dated 22.11.2016 and convey the same to the applicant with intimation to this office.

Lakadia-Banaskantha Transco Limited, House No. 31, Vedant Bungalows, Opp. Balaji Society, Ambika Nagar Road, Radhanpur, District-Patan-385340: For information and with a request to deposit the requisite License Fees online through Bharatkosh Portal only and submit the requisite Performance Bank Guarantee to Project Director, NHAI, PIU-Gandhidham as worked out by them, for restoration charges along with
detailed calculation of license fee, restoration charges etc. The Performance Bank Guarantee should be in favour of Project Director, National. Highways Authority of India, PIU-Gandhidham and to be submitted to PD- . Gandhidham custodian of BGs.
