LC Awards

Sustainability Award Target: LCs

Application procedure: Application form submitted by the LC with 2 motivational, 2 open, and 8 numerical questions

Criteria: 2 indicators scored by the MC (based on the open questions of the application form) 8 indicators based on numbers (numbers submitted in the application form)

Basis: Indicator Calculation

BSV contribution Score is given by the MC (1-8 comparing with other LCs) based on the application form and observations

- Compliance with the deadline of submission - The number of documents submitted (considering the size of

the LC and number of activities happening in this time period) - The quality of documents submitted (considering the form how

the document should be submitted according to the guideline) Financial diversification of income Score is given by the MC (1-8 comparing with other LCs) based on

the application form - % of income generated by X - % of income generated by other products/projects (non-CD) - New products/projects launched in the LC which contribute to

the LC profit TNs reraised Ranking of LCs based on the number submitted in the application

form (1-8 comparing with other LCs) Retention rate of EPs from Ra to Ma

Ranking of LCs based on the number submitted in the application form (1-8 comparing with other LCs)

Retention rate of members from the 1.11.11

Ranking of LCs based on the number submitted in the application form (1-8 comparing with other LCs)

Retention rate of partners (all projects including CD) from the last year

Ranking of LCs based on the number submitted in the application form (1-8 comparing with other LCs)

Number of references from companies (for all products: ICX, CD, projects, employed alumni)

of the projects) - The number of students engaged during recruitment

The calculation principle: Each LC receives a score (1-8) on each indicator. The score is determined based on the comparison of all LCs and ranking them. For example, let’s take the indicator - TN reraised: LC A – 3 TNs reRa LC B – 1 TNs reRa LC C – 5 TNs reRa LC D – 0 TNs reRa LC E – 8 TNs reRa LC F – 2 TNs reRa LC G – 3 TNs reRa LC H – 4 TNs reRa So, we compare results and each LC receives a score (1-8). The LC with the best result receives 1, with the worth - 8: LC E – 1 LC C – 2 LC H – 3 LC A and LC G – 4 (as they have the same number of TNs reRa) LC F – 6 LC B – 7 LC D – 8 It happens with each indicator. Then we make a table with all LCs and scores in all indicators for the award. For example (the scores are given randomly): LC Scores in

BSV indicator

Scores in financial diversification indicator

Scores in TN reRa indicator

Score in retention rate of EPs from Ra to Ma indicator

Score in retention rate of members from the 1.11.11 indicator

Score in retention rate of CD partners from the last year

Score in N of references indicator
