PREFACE

To achieve partial and concrete results, it is necessary that theoretical knowledge

must be supplemented with practical environment.

Keeping this view in mind, I have completed my research work regarding A

PROJECT REPORT ON NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE LTD, By doing

this research work I have learnt a lot of things which would be really helpful for

me in future. This experience in decision making and practical application of

knowledge has contributed greatly to my growth.
