an initiative group of people, who wanted to increase nature protective activity, had come into being.

actions and found a student environmental organization “EcoClub NaUKMA”

13th of October 2006 “EcoClub” was registered as a students organization at NaUKMA

Green office is a concept of organizational philosophy which aims at reducing its environmental impact via minimizing resource and energy consumption and of waste generation

Goals of the project Develop step-by-step guidelines on GO planning and

implementation based on the project experience; Demonstrate benefits and feasibility of GO principles

application to the organizational strategy through conducting relevant research;

Encourage other organizations to join the GO implementation activities through

dissemination of the GO idea through publications, professional networks/email lists, workshops, mass media publications, GO portal (greenoffice.ukma.kiev.ua) as well as the NaUKMA institutional experience;

Establish a model GO classroom to provide visual demonstration of GO application

Our Current PlansOur Current Plans To register EcoClub “Green Wave” as a non-

governmental public organization; to draft a schedule for the next studying year; to form library database for EcoClub members; to develop “Education for the sustainable

to prepare and carry out the trainings about “Green Office” concept

and many-many other activities…..
