Now available from the Reliance product portfolio are four new inframe engine kits and service components for Navistar DT466 EGR engines. Expansion of our Navistar engine parts offering now includes additional truck and bus applications. New Reliance inframe kits contain 1-piece aluminum pistons and provide coverage for DT466 engines from model years 2004-2006 with serial numbers between 2,000,000 and 2,999,999. This engine, referred to as the I-313, utilizes 4 valves per cylinder, G2.9 injectors and an EGR exhaust system.

Cummins® ISB 6.7L Engine Kits

The Reliance Power Parts team is pleased to announce 4 new engine kits for Cummins ISB 6.7L engines. This popular engine is found in model years 2007.5 to 2010 Dodge Ram pickups and chassis cab trucks. Additional applications include Freightliner trucks and motor homes, Sterling trucks, Ford F650 and F750 medium duty trucks, and Blue Bird and Thomas buses. There are two variations of this engine which can be identified by the location of the camshaft gear at the front or rear of the engine. Nomenclature for the two options is: Front gear train (FGT) or Rear gear train (RGT).

Reliance inframe and overhaul engine kits are available with standard or 0.50mm pistons. Our pistons are replacements for OE part numbers: 4955365 std piston kit, 4938619 std piston body; 4956007 0.50mm piston kit, 4938620 0.50mm piston body.

Reliance Power Parts continues to expand our product offering with the addition of engine kits and components for Cummins ISC and QSC series engines. These engines are found in a variety of truck, construction and agricultural machines.

Reliance supplies engine kits and individual components for both the CAPS and HPCR engines. Our exacting standards and years of experience ensure that you get consistent high quality at very competitive pricing.

This popular engine replaces the C8.3L engine with changes to the cylinder head and fuel system. The cylinder head utilizes 4-valve per cylinder. There are two types of fuel systems for this engine:
