As far as thresholds, sensitivity and lead polarity are concerned, the NayaMed pacemaker is fully automatic, measuring the relevant parameters and adapting accordingly. NayaMed’s wireless dual- and single-chamber ICD is wonderfully simple to program, and suitable for most patients. Timing is critical with this procedure, so round-the-clock availability and troubleshooting is a real plus for physicians.

Available also with the latest DF4 connectors, our ICD uses advanced, clinically proven technology. It features different SVT discriminators, a T-wave over-sensing and RV lead noise detection algorithm, which reduces inappropriate shocks, and a built-in lead integrity alert to detect lead failures as early as possible. The NayaMed ICD uses Managed Ventricular Pacing (MVP) to reduce unnecessary RV pacing, and comes with a unique easy-set function.

The NayaMed ICD is the state of the art in arrhythmia detection and discrimination, perfectly detecting the ventricular tachyarrhythmias and avoiding inappropriate shocks due to Supra Ventricular Tachyarrhythmias (SVT’s), lead noise and T-wave oversensing.

PR-logic and Wavelet, discriminate between SVT’s and true ventricular tachyarrhythmias and withhold inappropriate VT/VF detection and therapy.

RV lead noise discrimination differentiate RV lead noise from VT/VF.

When needed, the NayaMed ICD can shock with a delivered 35 Joules energy and a fast charge time (7.7 sec) throughout the entire life of the device. To avoid unnecessary shocks the NayaMed ICD has pain free therapies especially ATP during charging.
