We have been able to assist with a variety of rental acquisition and preservation projects as well as the acquisition of a shopping center. This $1,500,000 bridge financing line of credit loan is being used to bridge funding commitments from the State of Connecticut Department of Housing (DOH) and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).
