The NC Board has allocated $7 million of equity to capitalize a new loan product to fundlongshyterm permanent loans of up to $2 million for small operating multifamily rentalproperties in response to increasing demand within the NeighborWorks Americanetwork NC anticipates that up to 6 to 10 loans will be funded in this pilot phase Futureexpansion of the product would be considered based on availability of longershytermcapital
