NetCarrier's
Network Overview:
NetCarrier is an FCC-regulated CLEC and cloud services provider with multiple geographically
redundant data centers. Each of those data centers features carrier-level power and network
design to ensure maximum uptime and redundancy in the case of a regional disaster. From those
data centers, nCloud services are delivered to end-users in all of the lower 48 states and Hawaii
through peering relationships with a selection of Type I and Type II last-mile providers. Our
national network includes agreements with Level 3, XO, Verizon, Time Warner, Cogent, Comcast,
Sunesys, Lightower, Crown Castle, Windstream, Nitel and AT&T. Tier 2 and 3 domestic and
international markets are also easily served.
nCloud network features…
• A redundant, national backbone with least-hop routing to ensure low latency
• Real-time replication of hosted services for an "active, active" model of platform
redundancy
• Data centers powered by multiple electrical grids and backed up by battery and generator
• Network nodes connected by high-bandwidth fiber in a fault-tolerant ring design
• nCloud Survive is a unique and powerful product leveraging up to three (3) WAN
connections at the customer’s site to provide seamless Voice and Data fail-over without
dropping active calls.
• NetCarrier’s VOIP products, including nCloud PBX and Teleflex, use a technique called
Packet Loss Concealment (PLC) to offset the effects of congested IP networks. Instead
of policing a network end-to-end like traditional QoS models, PLC operates at the
endpoints and uses algorithms to anticipate and repair fragmented VoIP conversations
as they are received.
NetCarrier’s network is supported by Multi-Carrier backbones. This design eliminates single point
of failure with Geo Redundancy. NetCarrier provides you a Network Uptime of 99.9%. Additionally
we have a true 24x7x365 NOC and Customer Support Team that are direct employees of
NetCarrier and are located in the United States. You will be able to reach a live technician at any
time average hold time with 30+ seconds wait time.

Managed Deployment Process
NetCarrier’s managed deployment philosophy has always been a
consistent positive as the company has grown nationally. NetCarrier
manages deployments by rolling a truck for the site survey, installation
and turn up of service. This is done on everything from traditional
solutions to cloud deployments.
