Employee Incentive Awards Jump to Front Page Infrastructure Sales Ray Glass Achieved the highest sales in any quarter for 2012 IT Services Nikolay Skripnik, Henry Vernov, Zvi Neumann and Yuriy Nikulin Awards for top revenue generation in 2012 PSG Award Winners Dmitriy Pariyskiy Dmitriy Pariyskiy received the PSG Employee Recogni- tion Award. Dmitry is a great example of an employee who personifies the go above and beyond spirit here at Net@Work. On a recent project, Alex and Ani, Dmitriy has not only exhibited the ability to produce results in the web development arena under incredibly tight timelines, but he has proven to be an equally effective resource for facilitating solutions and answers outside of his core responsibilities. Page 8 PSG Pass the Torch Dmitry Edelshteyn Dmitry Edelshteyn earned the Client Service Superstar Award. He has quietly being working behind the scenes at many of our X3 and Pro clients as well as for internal Net@Work/Docutrend. He balances these many requests and gets the job done – on time and with the highest level of quality. He did this while learning X3, doing Pro and MAS50 development, installing SQL and the myriad of other technical tasks he takes on every day. On a recent X3 upgrade project (which we had never done before) we got feedback such as “the work and the communica- tion was excellent”. “Dmitry was quietly making miracles happen in the back- ground.” He is a true team player, and contributes to our ability to win Raving Fans. PSG Pass the Torch Iwona Andruszkiewicz Iwona Andruszkiewicz earned the Team Player Award. She is being recognized for stepping up on the Citarella project, taking ownership and getting things done. Despite the fact that she was only assigned a part of the project, she took a lead role, coordinated many activities outside of her role, displayed a great attitudeand was very proactive in her actions. Most Determined Awards Vijay Kothari Vijay Kothari earned this award for third quarter. Vijay has demonstrated determination to successfully drive revenue both for himself and others on the team. He truly exemplifies the concept of “Everyone Sells” and has consistently demonstrated determination to achieve results. Rod Quenneville Rod Quenneville, most determined for fourth quarter, had an amazing year! Throughout the year, Rod has continually demonstrated his determination. He has worked on his own and with our salespeople to continue to bring in and help manage over 2,500 hours of Pro work. He has also learned the X3 development tool set, written mods and taught many clients the technical side of Pro. With all that billable work going on he still manages to actively participate in the technology committee as well as teach himself .net (on track for certification in 2013). He does it all with a smile, great determination and hard work – the end result is a Net@Work team player who delivers
